Ordered the food through the app at 5:15 to have it delivered by 6:15:. Not getting here until AT LEAST 6:45. What’s the point of the app if it’s not getting here when pre-ordered??? Ridiculous. I called and all they want to do is give me a free dessert. Keep your dessert.

I came here on my way home, and I was told my pizza would take 30 minutes. It was busy, so that was fine. I went shopping, waited until it was time, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. 1 hour for 1 medium pizza? And now my groceries are sitting in the car in the humidity. I told them I wasn’t happy with that wait time, but no one seemed to care. Not coming back here, that’s for sure.

Ordered a 6 sliced pizza 50 minutes in advance to be told at the counter 25 more minutes. I can see the staff searching for the order that was never made. And wasn’t even honest about the fact they FORGOT my order although it was sitting there on the big screen until I called it out. Nevermind last week when my spinach and mushroom pizza barely had toppings. I’ve come here weekly for almost 2 years. Whoever this new staff is .. train them better or your ratings are going to continue to drop and so will your customer base. Because u just lost thousands of dollars with me alone.
