Wife and I went in tonight. Definitely didn’t have most things it seemed like. But we can adapt our order to what they have, no problem. They ignored some of my wife’s asks entirely which was a little off putting. However when we went to cash out my wife noticed the price was way higher than it should. Luckily she asked why, they printed a breakdown and we saw they tried to charg us for 4 drinks when we only got 2, they tried to charge $5 for a side of queso we didn’t order. When we asked them to remove those things the cashier went and reviewed the system then shook her head saying it was correct but somehow the total was $5 more than before we looked into it. At this point we were frustrated, felt like they were trying to rip us off, and the quality of the restaurant was pretty filthy. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been obsessed with chipotle for over ten years and I had frequented ones in NH where I used to live and it was always so fire, literally never had an issue with the food quality. I’ve eaten at this location probably 10-15 times and I’d say maybe 3 of the times it was tasty and the rest they were either out of everything I wanted to order or the food quality was not up to par. Today on my hour drive home from this location I had to pull over to shit in the woods emergency style, I hadn’t eaten anything all day until Chipotle. The sour cream and the new ranch had these white flecks in it which I’m assuming is some curdling happening. I really hope I don’t make the mistake of coming back to this location. It’s too bad cause this time it tasted good but made me sick.

If zero stars were an option, I’d give them no stars across the board. The customer service is slow and terrible. They stop pulling out fresh product before dinner rush hours even start. If you haven’t grabbed your food before 5 pm, you mind as forget getting everything you wanted on your burrito. Last 5 times I have gone there, they have but out of not 1, not 2 but usually 3 things that I like on mine. It’s either the carne asada that is always out and even had steak out leaving no beef options, the white rice and even running low on brown, the peppers and onions are never available, the corn salsa, and even given a hard time about asking of they could give us shredded cheese and lettuce when they still had almost 4 hours before close and it was still at dinner hours.
The manager once openly admitted that he forgot to order a bunch of things and al.ost blew it off like “oh well, that means less work for me” kind of attitude. I can’t say how many times I have put in a door dash order and gotten steak and cheese and nothing else because they had nothing to put on it because they are just not prepared and won’t order what they need. Won’t work and have terrible mind set. They need a overhaul and reset and start over. There are two other locations I regularly have visited and the service and prep is 110% better than this location.

I came to chipotle tonight to get some chips and guac (like every single other customer to ever walk into an Chipotle.) and they told me they were all out of chips. While standing in front of a PILE of chips, so I asked, “what about those chips?”
No, apparently the chips seen by customers walking in are for drive-thru customers.
Everyone was rather nice and civil here but a serving of chips was beyond them. Chips. Chips. 1 star, gimme your chips and guac.

Used to love this place, but the quality has seriously gone downhill. Portions were tiny, the rice was dry, and the chicken tasted overcooked and bland. The line moved painfully slow, yet somehow my bowl was still wrong. On top of that, the prices keep going up while the food and service get worse. If I’m paying this much, I expect better than fast-food vibes with half a scoop. Disappointing.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have been a chipotle fan for several years however, this location is absolutely disgusting. I had to use the restroom before ordering and I am so glad I did (kind of). From fresh urine on the seat from the female employee that just walked out before me, to the dried up urine and feces from God knows how long, to 2 inch thick crud all over the floor – I walked right out. I would never eat at a place who is comfortable with a bathroom like this. One stall mind you! Firehouse subs absolutely took my business and deserved it!

I did contact them based on their response and trust me it isn’t worth it. Corporate did not seem to care at all and it appears as nothing was done. Everyone should report this place to the state.
The most disgusting restaurant ever, it was a mess everywhere.
They didn’t have sour cream or shredded cheese anywhere?
Asked for pinto beans and and they put black beans on, wife corrected her.
Some bins were empty of their food and she had to keep getting more and it wasn’t even busy.
I’ve never seen a burrito made in a salad bowl, see photo below for end result.
Ultimately didn’t eat our food but didn’t want to be rude and ask for a refund.
Waste of money!!!!

The food was horrible. We ordered two burritos, one of the burritos they didn’t have enough chicken for. Then the one that had chicken for, the chicken was so dry that I couldn’t even eat it. They were out of pinto beans and they had brought out some “fresh” white rice that was literally crunchy. It’s as if they just pulled it right out of the bag!! Very disappointed!
