OK so I understand the taste isn’t for everyone, so this post won’t address that polarzing subject, but our Raytown Papa John’s is absolutely stellar. I’ve been ordering from there on a near-weekly basis for I what want to say is the last 8-9 years (and so I will). In all that time, which by my calculations is over 400 pizzas, they have never made a single mistake on my order. Not only that, but they have never once been late. I can’t say anything close to that about any other shops I’ve been to anywhere, even on significantly fewer experiences. Management is doing a stellar job, and the staff even more so. Kudos!!

Horrible. Ordered delivery and had some sort of maggots in my pizza. Absolutely revolting and will not ever be ordered here again. Waste of $50. Really unfortunate because the delivery guy was very cool.

We didn’t get food. When we went to go place our order it started out with us ordering a specialty pizza that low in cost we added a smaller size pizza with less toppings and bread sticks the price jumped up significantly. Yes I am aware that there is additional cost when adding onto an order however the increase was vastly higher then what we started out as plus we were picking up not delivery.

I ordered directly from the store because door dash is trash and takes forever. I could’ve saved on delivery fees if I used door dash. However I was willing to spend more to not deal with door dash. Lo and behold they used door dash now my pizza is sitting somewhere nowhere near me or papa johns. Smh

We hadn’t ordered pizza for delivery in a few years. We ordered a pizza from Papa Johns tonight and it was delicious! My husband said it was the best pizza he’d had in a long time. It had the perfect amount of meat and cheese. It was hot, and arrived within the time frame they said it would. The delivery person was very nice and pleasant. We’ll be ordering again soon!

The lady at the counter was very helpful but didn’t seem fully trained.
The gentleman who tried to assist us was less then helpful due to an online issue. The online service was down at this time. His response was ” I can’t do anything for the online pricing” this gentleman claimed to be a manager and made me place an order online over 9 dollars. This is very frustrating and he made no attempt to help.
