I don’t know what happened to Subways in the last year or two, but the sandwiches have gotten so skimpy. Hubby won’t eat there anymore because he doesn’t get enough food and it’s so pricey. This last time I didn’t even have enough food to fill up. Sad because I love the healthier options.

I put in an online order and they put on wrong ingredients. They wouldn’t refund it so I went back in to prove it was incorrect. They remade it and I had to go back in a SECOND time because it was still missing ingredients. Wasted my time and money as they wouldn’t refund it and made me late for work 0/10

Got a sandwich on a piece of bread that must have been sitting around at least for a couple days to a week. No mold, but so dry that it was powdering in spots. Considering it cost near $20 for two half sandwiches, can’t say it’s worth it anymore

Exceptional! Great staff and clean place! All bread was soft and fresh, great customer service and kindness! All the areas of the place was clean, neat and organized. I highly recommend this place and the two gentleman who talked with me when I ordered were great!! Im a local, so now I know, here, ill be a repeat customer!!

My first experience at the Union Grove Subway was fantastic. I had never been to this Subway location before, but I’m sure I’ll be back. I was a little surprised at other online reviews for this location because my experience was great.
We wanted to order a couple platters of miscellaneous sandwiches for 13 people. We called around 12:30 PM on Saturday to place the order and were told it would be about 45 minutes to get everything ready. We walked into the store around 1:10 PM to find that everything was ready for pickup. The inside of the store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were very pleased to have such quick service over the lunch hour.
We ended up getting two custom sandwich platters and two topping trays that included onion, tomato, pickles, green peppers, jalapeños, etc. I regret not taking a picture of the topping trays because they were beautiful.
We ended up with plenty of food for the 13 of us and had many of the vegetables left over for use in a breakfast casserole the next morning too. Everything was delicious and fresh. We’ll be back.
