It’s a coffee shop, how good could their pizza be? SO GOOD. 10/10. The environment is super cozy and family friendly. My kids and I brought a card game and played while we waited for the pizza. I would recommend to any pizza lover!

Love at first bite! It brought back such nostalgic thoughts. I recall growing up in Buffalo, NY, and often visiting a pizza shop where I would purchase a generously topped, custom-made, and freshly baked slice of pizza. On this occasion, however, I ordered an entire pie to take home. Upon my arrival, it was at the ideal temperature for immediate enjoyment. This was a substantial and satisfying pizza, certainly more of a dinner than a light snack. Similar to many establishments, this particular store appears to be in need of additional staff, a common situation across various industries at present.

I always order the same thing… a small iced cove mocha extra sweet. However I swear every time I go in even though I order the same thing I pay a different amount! I understand charging extra for having it be extra sweet, but I don’t think the employees are ringing the add ons out the same. They definitely need more training and to all be on the same page. I have receipts showing that my same drink, (same size too) can be anywhere from $5.75 to somehow $7 for the same size and same orders drink. Please update the staff on how to properly ring up a drink at the register.

I ordered first time from here. My daughter was visiting from Powell for just a short time so I decided to try The Cove. The dough was so raw none of us which was four people could eat it. So I called back to tell them and they had closed, this was on a Sunday evening. So I called on Monday and no one was there for pizza service until Wednesday and told the girl about pizza and was put on hold and when she came back to the phone I was told the manager would call me back next day. Of course I didn’t get a call back. For $30.00 for a pizza that could not be eaten was very inexcusable to not get my money back or at least a replacement pizza. Terrible experience from this place. By the way I am 78 years old and never had to call for anything like this to complain about. Guaranteed I will be telling everyone I know.

A couple of years ago my wife brought a pizza home from here, as it turned out it was one of the best pizzas I had ever ate. Fast forward a couple months after that, we stopped grabbed a pizza and came home to enjoy it (we try to do this once a week) and the pizza was so bad we threw it away and ate sandwiches that evening. Insisting to my wife we just had one bad experience we need to give it another chance, two years later. We decide alright let’s try it again, same result. If you want to try a decent coffee that’s over priced, by all means this is the spot. It is not a pizza shop, it’s a coffee shop, they should stick to that.

We enjoy the coffee at the Cove. (The pizza is just okay, but we’ve only tried it once, so small sampling.) The staff are very friendly but not very fast. We will continue to go there when we’re in the area.

We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza tonight along with some mozzarella sticks. This pizza was not cooked thoroughly, the first bite was nothing but raw dough and ranch dressing, absolutely disgusting! The mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burnt, I’m literally sick after eating one slice!! I’m never eating here again! I would post a photo but I don’t have the option, trust me it’s horrible!

Warning: if you are looking for gluten free options, I would be extremely cautious or avoid altogether. My gluten-free friend become violently ill thirty minutes after eating one of their “gluten free” bagels, beyond anything contamination would cause. Please do not advertise a food option as gluten free when it is definitely not – it can really screw with somebody’s day for sure.

The Cove Coffee shop is a quaint coffee shop in Ontario not far from the schools. The staff was very nice and helpful. The store and sitting area was super clean. The drinks made were exactly what I ordered. They even have nitro coffee and tea. Nicely laid out and the large sitting area with tables was great. Will definitely make visits here more frequent. A giant improvement from the last owner of the coffee shop. 2/8/20 stopped in again and they have improved on they have 4 large areas with sofas and plenty of seating in second section between coffee shop and pizza joint. Why in the heck is this place not packed on a Saturday. They have WiFi, they have great drinks they have great snacks plus a pizza place you do not have to go outside to get a good pizza. This is a place high school and college age kids should be all on they even have a Pac Man and Galaga stand up arcades. Do yourself a favor get 4-5 friends and just go hang out here. Just went in 4/15/21 and wow they have bumped up their game. They bought the pizza place next door and integrated it into the coffee shop. It is even better now. Next time I go in I’m hoping I can get a bagel pizza this coffee shop keeps bringing their A game. Update 8/2/2022. In the past I had a problem with their pizza and I hope and I’m pretty sure they have that buttoned up by now. No what I’m here to preach about is the Scrumdiddlyumptious pizza bagel I just had with pepperoni. This has to be a menu item. Pizza bagels are simply killer and the ones they make are absolutely awesome. Just make sure you say light cheese. They hit the ball out of the park. The Coffee shop is great and especially since they have nitro coffee also. Definitely get off your butt and ask them to put Pizza Bagels on as a standard. Even a breakfast pizza bagel would be killer with gravy sauce. They totally earned my respect with making me a pizza bagel.
