Loved eating at Simmer and Spice food truck. Enjoyed the Classic 3-cheese sandwich and Cornbeef Reubin. Both were hot and delicious. The Roasted Butternut Apple Spice soup was also fantastic with lots of great flavors. They were friendly with fast service.

I realllyyyy don’t like giving small local business less than 3 stars. But $16-17 for a sandwich that was sub Hannaford/market basket quality is disappointing. Couple slices of turkey and maybe two slices of cheese. Nothing fun/inventive/different than being a normal sandwich. And the size was normal sized bread (albeit thicker). Bread was best part. Wait time was 20 minutes almost exactly, which I don’t mind. Never would get again, just due to price/value. You’re paying above price for average. Food trucks have stepped up game last decade and this one sadly doesn’t compete. I think they are newer, so hoping they fix it. Enjoy the pic of the sad sad sammy 🙁

The BEST soup I have ever had. Owner is passionate about the food truck and super kind. 10/10 experience. Will be back for more!

I think I had the best panini of my life and I don’t even know what it was, my boyfriend brought it home for me, something with turkey. But I hope your food truck goes to the same location regularly because I will come everyday! So good! Ignore Phil down there because that looks like the sandwich I got and even though it was cold by the time it got home to me it was sooooo good, seriously, I rarely write reviews, that’s how good it was!

Was told by the owner to “move out of the way” while attempting to look at the menu, when no one else was around. He tried to explain that myself and the three people whom I was with were going to scare other potential customers into thinking there was a line even though one person in my party had ordered and was waiting for their food. Needless to say, I didn’t order anything that time. In previous experiences, the food was only sub par anyway.

When a humble food truck parks outside of your neighborhood brewery, you don’t anticipate eating gazpacho so good that it could be the first course on a Michelin starred tasting menu. But that’s exactly what these guys are serving.

We visited the Simmer and Spice Food truck at Fairmont Fruit Farm last Saturday. Great experience all around! Thoroughly enjoyed the homemade chicken noodle soup and the Turkey sandwich with gouda and apple butter was out of this world. We will be back soon!

Just had a great meal from Simmer & Spice Food Truck when they were parked at Tackle Box Brewery in Marlborough. The butternut squash soup was really great. We bought a frozen container to take home. Excellent smash burger also.

YUM! I have been meaning to try this truck since it started a few months ago. Finally got the chance at the Westborough Farmers Market this week. Pricing is on point. We ordered a panini and the gazpacho. On a 90 degree day the cool green soup hit the spot! So much flavor. Can’t wait for this week to try the Red one!
