The food was bad because there was hair in it. There is no way it could’ve been mine as I didn’t open my food until I got home and the first thing I saw was a long, straight brown piece of hair (my hair is short and curly) on my pizza.

Went to pick up an online order 20 minutes after it should have been ready. Had to wait 8 minutes at the window while workers were just chatting with each other before they “realized” i was at the window. Was told they were having issues and running behind and asked to pay for it and when it was ready in 20 minutes I could have it. Cancelled order not returning.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. After an hour and a half, we called and they said they could see we order but wasn’t sure if it was made or delivered. I will gladly over pay for gas station pizza before I ever bother to order from here again.

We were in town from St Louis for a wedding. Kids wanted pizza. My daughter has autism and pizza is her favorite food. However she only ate like half a piece and refused to eat any more because it was terrible. Out of two large one-topping pizzas, we ate maybe three pieces and the rest went in the trash.

I am very frustrated with this location. On three separate occasions I have tried calling this location only to be routed to a call center with people that don’t speak English trying to take your order. I explained that I had gone to this location in person in the early afternoon hours and nobody was there and the doors were locked. When I spoke to the call center agent she was clueless and kept trying to take my order. I have since tried visiting the location in person on two separate occasions when their hours on their door clearly state that they are open and the building has been locked with nobody there and the lights off. So much for pizza hut pizza!

I was delivered a pizza from DoorDash with wrong crust which I paid extra for. I called DoorDash and they were very polite with problem solved. Pizza Hut not at all nice. When I called and told them wrong crust.. they said it was door dash. I said but you saw the ticket for order and very rude said that he didn’t and I had ordered from a third party, so they…DoorDash were responsible. I don’t get it… my ticket was correct to what I ordered and I know DoorDash didn’t make the pizza

Steven had an attitude on the phone because he claimed they had trackers and I tried to let him know we had cameras and that the driver did not come to this house. Then he tried to say we tried to call 4 or 5 time after I stated the fact so we just asked for a refund. It’s not that hard to work in fast food and if you can not do the job just quit plus its not to hard to be respectful to others who are helping you actually keep a job at this point. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and will make sure to put it on all platforms because just as their calls are recorded vise versa
