Surprisingly good for an airport Panda express. Maybe I was hungry, maybe I had low expectations, but as an Asian person who has high standard for Chinese foods, this is excellent for American Chinese foods. The meat is tender; veggies are fresh and crunchy; fried rice is colorful and nicely done. The staff here are so friendly and patient! They are great chefs too! Thank you!!! (Even the chefs are not Asian, they use a wok like a pro!)

This has to be one of the best Pandas in an airport. Every one is alway smiling and joyful! The manager Tra at Terminal 1 gate F, always makes sure he’s cheerful and keeps a smile on his face. I’m in the airport frequently ((2xs a week)) and this is the only place I will eat when I’m stopping through there, because the food is always fresh. It’s never a long wait. Everyone moves fast and on time especially when I’m rushing through. Thank you Panda Express airport. And someone my age (59 years old) that’s what important to me. Good customer service and a clean atmosphere.

*ate there a second time and bumped my review up. Not much better, but tasted like bad food instead of strong cleaner this time.* I’m not sure why my orange chicken tasted only of vinegar, or my noodles were starchy and undercooked. But I am sure that I feel regret, and will never eat panda Express again. First and last time. Adding review to indicate food caused indigestion, also they use a large number of plastic bowls a day., with such a high throughput, their carbon footprint is outrageous

The food is fine if you go in with realistic expectations. It’s fast food style, Americanized Chinese. It’s not authentic but honestly, it doesn’t taste that bad. I haven’t had panda express in years and I got the orange chicken because it’s famous. The breading was getting a little soft but the sauce was still quite good. Sweet but not cloying with the tartness coming through. I can see why it’s famous. For airport Chinese food, panda express is reliable and not half bad.

Shane did an amazing job they got backed up due to a large order and he made sure to continue to greet each customer with a smile and warmly wish them a great day as well. He was extremely hard working. I own a business and would absolutely love to have him on my own team!
