I order my food around 9pm Waited an Hour called store back Driver couldn’t find us so took my food back . So send another driver went in wrong drive. Finally got the food. The wings was not cooked fully pizza was ok.The food was not worth the money I spent on it. So I rather go somewhere else to get good food. I will not spend my money there anymore.

Ordered from Asheboro location online delivery at around 3:15 pm. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders wings. Received what looked like a correct order at the door and sat to eat. One of the pizzas was for leftovers so we only ate the other. Went to put the boxes away for the night at 11 pm and felt light. Opened the other box and it was completely empty. No grease, no peppers or garlic butter. Label on the box and all. Being that it was 11pm, we waited until the next day to call. When we did, we were met with suspicious and condescending tones of “you just noticed” and “but you ordered it at 3?” And I flipped. How do you pay 50 dollars for food, get 75% of it and then get treated like a criminal for them screwing up?
Anyways after a long talk with the very unprofessional and unqualified general manager she offered a “quality guarantee” and I told her don’t bother. I have never boycotted anything in my life. Always thought it was stupid. I cannot support a business that is so poorly run. It sucks, because it is the only pizza place that delivers here too. Worth it. Do not order from here if you want a chance at getting food in your boxes. That is all…

The girl was rude and was more worried about her doordash mcds then customers. Had an app order and if it wouldn’t have alerted me my pizzas were done, nobody was gonna even let me know. Stopped ordering from this location for this reason. Who wants pizza thats been sitting out? The whole reason I did a pick up order was for fresh pizza.

Really disappointed in the quality of the product. This used to be my favorite chain pizza joint, but the Asheboro location has been hit-or-miss the last 3 visits. There’s literally more crust than actual pizza. Some slices only had sauce, no cheese. I think we’ll try somewhere else next time.

I ordered a large The Works pizza, as is. Every slice I picked up would result in the toppings (regular serving) sliding off and the dough was soggy. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

I’m not sure what these other folks are talking about, my experience today was phenomenal! I ordered for pick up, by calling the phone number, and was treated with kindness and respect. Placed my order, and in 10-12 minutes my order was promptly ready when I arrived. The staff were lovely, and the pizza was DELICIOUS! The sauce was PERFECT, the amount of cheeses was PERFECT, and the pepperoni portion was above adequate and PERFECT. Fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Thank you Asheboro Papa John’s, for a truly “Papa perfect” experience!!

The pizzas and the cheese sticks taste great, but I was not too impressed with this dough sitting up there where a customer can reach out and touch it or sneeze all over it. I wouldn’t like that even if covid wasn’t a thing. The employees are a little slow to acknowledge anyone. I’m also not very happy with the $3.99 delivery fee that the store pockets just because you ordered it for delivery. If the driver got that $3.99 it would be different.

Got the gluten free pizza and the Oreo papa bites delivered while at a getaway in Asheboro, and oh my God, they were greattttt! The gluten free pizza wasn’t that good the next day but still edible. However, the Oreo bites are to die for, reminds me of state fair fried Oreos but better proportioned.
