Walked in no greeter, went sat at the bar, 4 employees setting at a table no acknowledgment at all we were there while we sat down bartender went somewhere they just looked at us no service no nothing so we left and went somewhere else. If you want good service or if you even want to eat go somewhere else don’t patronize a place that don’t care if you are a customer or not. Also want to add there was only five people in the restaurant eating at this time so they weren’t too busy to take care of us they just didn’t care.

The cook took a loaded mag out of his gun on his hip and pointed it at the bartender after berating her for 30 minutes with the manger just standing there staring. Felt unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. Staff treated very poorly, and food is mid at best.

The Good:
We were immediately seated, the waiter was efficient, and our drinks and food were out relatively quickly.
The Bad:
Though we were seated quickly, the host did not provide everyone with a menu, the lock on the bathroom stall was broken, and the food was substandard. I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich, and there was barely any ranch on it. I asked the waiter for more ranch, and he said, “Yeah, they hardly ever put enough ranch on the sandwich,” and I’m thinking if this is the case and you all know it is problematic, then why not correct the issue? In addition, the fries were cold. They tasted like they were sitting for a while before being served.
The Judgment:
2 Stars ⭐⭐
I do not recommend this restaurant for the numerous issues that made this visit an unpleasant experiences.

We arrived late at night 9:45pm. Elkins shuts down at 10:30 but Applebee’s open until midnight. Not busy at all, takes approx 5mins for the hostess to look around a fairly empty room to seat us in the booth directly in front of us. Sitting for 15mins and never saw a waitress b/c they were to busy standing in the corner talking. Got up and went to Domino’s( 5 stars) we were immediately greated with a smile, told the specials and got our food within 20mins. Don’t bother w/this place! Kids from D&E were right, TOTAL TRASH!

Food was not very good. App was okay. Had nachos with the lime chicken. Meals not very good. Had a skillet meal. Waffle fries were like taking a bite of grease. Could not eat them. Chicken had a lot of gristle in it. Wife had tacos and her meal was unseasoned. Not a great experience this visit.

A slightly below average Applebee’s. Not what it used to be. Good food and service. Starting to get a little shabby and could use some TLC. The plastic handle of my knife was decomposing from age and use.

We had a great Birthday dinner with the family. Greg was a wonderful server, everything was on time and everything we ordered tasted great. Wonton tacos are the bomband they cut the strawberries for the little ones and they loved that. We will definitely be back as soon as we can! Great service and decent pricing. Mtn Dew Bash is tasty too.

I had the honey chicken which was very good, just a bit too sweet for my liking. Service was really good and the atmosphere was the same as every Apple bees with sports playing across the whole restaurant and friendly people.

It was pretty decent. When I went, it was PACKED but it was seemingly quiet. I did order a steak, it had a lot of pepper on it, but overall pretty good place.
