Nice enough team, however they were unable to accurately take my order, forgot portions of the order and delayed what should have otherwise been a quick process. Additionally, the crater sized pot-holes, one which has been there for months is unacceptable and not a way to show customers appreciation.

A few issues: 1.) This location advertises a meal deal they do not offer. The drive through features a sign offering a $6 meal deal with a sausage sandwich. But when you order, they offer bacon or charge you an extra dollar for sausage. This feels scammy. Enticing drivers to pull into the drive through then switching the offer. If your Dunkin location does not offer the deal, take down the sign. 2.) The wait time at 715 am on a Friday was over 10 minutes. 3.) There are 2 large pot holes directly in the drive through route. If you have a smaller car, you’re in for a bumpy ride. On a positive note, the cold brew I ordered (after declining the dollar up charge) was well brewed with a smooth finish. So kudos there.

Best DD ever! They nail my drinks EVERYTIME. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The store is always clean so are restrooms. I have a standing appt in the area every week so that’s when I get the very best!

Worst location in the area. Never a long line but the line takes forever for some reason. I visited every morning…it was always inconsistent when it came to a simple small coffee with cream and sugar…irritating to say the least. Also the coffee became very weak to the point of tasteless. This photo was the straw that broke the camel’s back and prompted this review though. What is this? Who knows…I’m sure it’s just spoiled creamer. . I will say the location in Yardley at the bypass and I95 in the corporate complex is always spot on.

Stopped at this location because it’s nearest to where I live because my coffee machine at home broke this morning. I noticed the line was not long which I can see why now. After ordering at the drive-thru I come up to the window and the young man proceeds to talk to me and not really paying attention to the medium hot coffee I ordered and was sitting waiting for me me. Long and short the lid was not on the cup all the way. He proceeds to hand it to me and the lid pops off as he’s handing it off and I get scolding hot coffee spilling out on my arm and hand. It splashed onto my clothes and got all over my Fitbit watch. That wasn’t the worst of it. The lady working inside proceeds to say to me the lid was on. She showed no concern if I was ok etc. I said to her…”are you really freaking arguing with me? This DD is the worst. I’ve gone here before and had bad experiences but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again! I don’t care how close they are to my house. I will never go there again! Rude and ignorant. Par for the course of what owns and runs it!

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The 2 workers Joelle and Chase were great. They both were working really hard making sure the store was clean and their customers service was excellent!!

There was another customer giving the staff a hard time about the order they received in the drive through earlier in the morning. The man wanted his money back and would not leave until he got it back. It was clear that the owner was going to take the money the worker was short from giving it back to the customer ( she didn’t serve) from her pay check! I think it’s a disgrace that there is no management onsite or even available to contact when these types of situations happen. These kids make very little money to be in charge of everything. I’m surprise you even have employees! I will never come back for the sole reason that management does such a poor job with supporting their employees. Btw, we left the cashier a large tip to cover the refund. Shame on you for not being available.
