The owners son Kai legitimately has put the bar underground. He would not listen to me as I repeatedly said my order for about 5 minutes into the speaker. I pulled up to the window to tell him again and it took him another 3 to get up out of his chair and off of his phone for him to look at me completely dazed and again for some reason not understand anything that came out of my mouth. I’m not sure how hard it is to understand the words 32 oz Coke Zero but he was having quite the hard time with it. Genuinely one of the dumbest people I’ve encountered in a public. I had to go to the other Roy location.

The guy working there tonight was so rude and put out that we waited around 3 mins for them to even acknowledge we were standing outside freezing waiting to order. I knocked on the window and he looked at me like I was interrupting his family dinner sticking his finger up at me to wait. Then he acted like he had no clue what we were talking about when asking for donuts. Which were cold and disgusting. We also asked for 2 orders and he gave us one. Go to Roxberry right next to Fizz, it has better drinks and food and the people that work there are never unprofessional or rude.

Several times I have ordered a drink that calls for a lime wedge, and instead they put lime syrup. And they must be heavy handed about it too, because it overwhelms the flavors. Every time this has happened, I’ve had to throw out the drink.

Disappointed with this location. Waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes while the girls inside messed around before even taking my payment. I ordered one drink and some churro bites. My drink was ok, but my churro bites were cold and caked in cinnamon. They tasted terrible. I won’t be back to this location again. Very poor customer service here.

I just went and got a drink. I was craving a Roy Rogers with Coke Zero. Fiiz normally makes the best. However, it tastes like chemicals. Like sanitizing chemicals! I hope I don’t get sick. Needless to say I threw it out and wasted $4, cost + tip. My tip to you, taste your drink before you leave. I can’t just go back and demand a refund. What a waste of time and enjoyment.

I’ve had trouble in the past with this location with doing orders wrong but have just brushed it off because I know things happen. Today, however, I received my drink and it was only 2/3 of the way full…why did I pay for a 32oz if that’s not what I got? Would have been more understanding if they were busy but I was the only person there! Very disappointed.

Went to this location today and there were several cars ahead of us. We sat for several minutes before we approached the order queue. After waiting several moments there with no response from the server, she finally came on to tell us it would be a “few” minutes more before she could even take our order. Four cars including ours, backed out and left. I felt sorry for the server, because this is obviously a management issue. We have enjoyed Fizz in the past and hope they can resolve their customer service issues.

Disappointed my drink wasn’t made correctly. The raspberry sorbet has always been made with raspberry puree but raspberry syrup was used instead. Big difference. Have had other issues with this location.
