Order was WRONG! Pizza was hanging out of the box. Another pizza had the wrong ingredients and they forgot the drink. Manager wouldn’t give name when I called to complain. I have yet to receive a complete refund. ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE!

I do doordash quite often and I find it odd the store locks its doors an hour before the listed closing time and still accepts orders. then you end up with three employees looking you dead in your eyes and ignoring you before one finally points you to the side window where each of them again stares at you before opening the window with a surly attitude as if you’re disturbing THEIR night.

As I stand here at their side window, I notice a few things. First and foremost, I have not seen one person wearing gloves or wash their hands after touching parts of their face, head, and body.
I placed an order over the phone and when I arrived, I stood at the door while employees purposefully averted their eyes. What was quoted as a 10 minute wait ended up being double. Their floor is dirty, and the walk up windows are smudged.
Bottom line, this employee’s are in need of proper supervision.
