I ordered the #2 meal, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience—again. The fries had one of those mashed-together, overcooked chunks that looked like a bunch of scraps fused together and deep-fried beyond recognition. Honestly, it didn’t even seem edible. It looked like something that had been sitting in the fryer for a couple of days.
This isn’t the first time I’ve received something like that here, which is why I can’t give more than 3 stars.
The only reason I’m giving 3 and not 1 is because of the staff. The team members are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their customer service is great, and they do their best every time. But the quality of the food has been going downhill, and that’s hard to overlook.
I really hope they start paying more attention to what they’re serving—people come here expecting fresh, high-quality food, not leftovers mashed into a fry.

We dine in we were a a group of 11 people and 3 kids. Made an order through there mobile QR code from the table and everything was easy to order. The food came out quick and the employees went above and beyond. Kids had a great time in there playground it was noce and clean.

I’ve been a long-time customer at this Chick-fil-A, and the service is consistently outstanding. This team provides genuine, warm hospitality that goes far beyond typical fast food.
I especially want to recognize Alex, Tammy, and Brian, as I mostly interact with them. They know me by name, are always welcoming and kind, and truly make me feel valued on every visit. The staff here is fantastic, and their positive attitude makes every experience a pleasure. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I stopped in Wednesday morning. Alex cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked in. Chick fil A restaurant are known for their hospitality but Alex and Tammy who took and filled our order went above and beyond duty to make us feel welcome. My daughter was overjoyed at how delicious her vanilla ice coffee tasted and appreciated Tammy’s offer to adjust flavor if it was not to her liking. The many small extra touches to our meal made our visit extraordinary! We will be stopping back in anytime we are in the area:)

Came with a group of teens and adults (30+) putting all on one running bill. Talk about confusion. They handled it so well. Brought out the food to us helping to make sure everyone got what they ordered correctly. Checking on us thru out the visit. Exceptional service.

I like this place. The staff are OVERLY NICE and the food is consistent. The spicy chicken sammy is solid…the only thing
I should remember to pass on is the lettuce (it shhould not be on a hot sammy-
It becomes flimsy and gross). Fries are good and the lemonade is excellent. This may be “fast food” but I never feel “rushed” in this place.

There is always something missing from our order. The kids don’t like to go to this location because they worry that their order is going to be missing. I have also experienced a few unfriendly manager/supervisors who look like they don’t want to be there.
