We had an awesome experience at Margherita Pizza! The new owner, Jeff, is fantastic — super friendly and clearly cares about the food and customers. We tried the Gypsie gluten-free crust and it was honestly amazing, one of the best gluten-free pizzas we’ve had.
My wife, my son, and I all loved it and left full and happy. Great atmosphere, great people, and great pizza. We’ll definitely be back!

Wanted a pizza for some comfort after having a procedure at the hospital nearby. Based on the reviews and the pictures this place looked pretty amazing. I love a good charred crust. Ordered a basic cheese pizza (as I believe a pizza joint is only as strong as its basic cheese.) The reviews and photos promised a cheesy crusty woodfired experience, I grew up in Connecticut which has some of the best woodfired pizza available. This was a far cry from it. As can be seen from the photos, this seemed to simply be a a frozen pizza that was heated up in an oven. Nothing about the flavor said woodfired. The sauce was far too sweet, with nary a hint of any herbs. The cheese was okay, the only saving grace being some grated parmesan that didn’t seem fresh grated, but rather was packaged grated parmesan. The crust was flat and lifeless, and devoid of any char or flavor. Based on my assessment upon walking in to pick up the pizza, it didn’t seem as though the vaunted woodfired oven was even in use. The pizza was handed to me from a shelf under the lifeless woodfired oven, and it was lukewarm at best. I had only ordered the pizza 10 minutes before picking up, not enough time for it to cool down if it truly had been woodfired. Upon getting home and investigating the website to make sure I truly had the right place that looked so good in the reviews. I noticed that there was a grand re-opening 3 days prior with new ownership. Sadly this new ownership is riding on the ratings of the previous ownership, and they are not living up to that expectation. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Take a look at the pizzas pictured from 3 months ago. Regardless of any possible changes to recipe or ownership, you’re okay with the pizza I pictured going out? Based on your response, I received the best possible experience you’re offering. That’s what you’re proud of? If I had received something even halfway close to what is shown from 3 months ago, I would not have left such a review. That’s the expectations people have. If your pizza has changed this much, and this is the new standard, then it’s probably best you if you delete this restaurant listing and make a new one without reviews and photos of something that will never be.

I saw the Nutella Delight Pizza while Door Dashing and had to make a point in stopping back at Margaritas Pizza to try it. Wow!!! I’m so glad I did. The balance of Nutella to strawberries is perfection. You need to come try it. We also had the Hawaiian pizza. It too was delicious. The atmosphere is very nice and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back.

First off this is an amazing restaurant but make sure you’re not looking for the typical Idaho pizza place cuz this not that. It’s more like Italian or New York style. Best pizza I’ve had in the area.. please don’t compare it to basic Idaho style it’s not the same category.
This place is very much a family owned quality restaurant. The owners here are very kind and care about their product. I highly recommend this place if you want wood fired Italian pizza. So good and fresh. And the people are soooo cool. Must try!

One of the best places to grab a pizza in meridian. I asked the owner was the thing that set them different from the other pizza places and he said the cheery wood. You can taste the difference with their pizza. I loved the thin crust as it brought me back to Italy. If you want the best flavor go in and eat the pizza hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly and it adds to the experience. You can ask for extra crispy crust so don’t be afraid to ask. Next time I’m in town I’m going to go here first. I also enjoy their Instagram reels.

This locally-owned, family-operated pizza secret in Meridian won’t stay as hidden for long. The pizza was absolutely delicious, reminding me so accurately of pizza I’ve eaten in Italy. The food was super fairly priced, quickly made, and totally delicious. I love chatting with the family that runs the business as well. They are so kind and make me feel like family with their tremendous hospitality. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The garlic cheesy fresh breadsticks were out of this world perfectly warm, golden, and gooey with just the right amount of garlicky goodness in every bite. Seriously, they’re the kind of breadsticks that make you close your eyes and do a little happy dance.
And the margherita pizza? Absolutely divine. The crust was crisp yet soft inside, the sauce was bright and flavorful, and the fresh mozzarella and basil tied it all together like a little slice of heaven.
On top of the delicious food, the service was just as amazing. The woman at the counter was so warm and bubbly, the kind of person who instantly makes you feel welcome. She was attentive to our table-side needs with a big smile the entire time.
