Walked in to pay and pick up my order they realized they forgot to make the wrap, and didn’t even make the drinks was gonna let me go without the wrap and drinks and this was almost a $70 meal why can’t you read the receipt and just make what is paid for I don’t understand how hard it is to read a receipt

Ordered online for it to show up late and 3 of our sandwiches were toasted and 1 had burnt ham on it. We didnt want them toasted or burnt ham. Called the store the guy was very rude and didn’t want to correct it saying we got what we paid for. No we didnt we didnt want them toasted and it shows on our mobile order we did not want them toasted. Never again subway will get my business for now on. I have never been so disappointed with Jimmy John’s as I am now!.

Always a fan of Jimmy John’s and will most likely continue to give them business because when they’re on they’re on. Multiple times as of late it’s taken 45 minutes to an hour for a cold sandwich or 2 to be delivered. Almost every single order of my last 10 or so have been missing an item. Since they’ve started the meal deal when you order late I thought I was getting a deal but then each time one of the items from the deal is missing. I don’t want to order somewhere else, I just want some attention to detail. The drivers are always courteous when they realize they’ve forgotten something but that doesn’t account for the mistake in the first place. Help me fall back in love Jimmy John’s Pekin.

Delivery is hit or miss on if your order will be correct or delivered within an hour. I love Jimmy Johns, but the Pekin location seems to be struggling with getting orders correct and timely delivery. Maybe they need more staff.
