I just ordered an online order today at 6:45 pm, and when I ordered everything was in stock. When my driver gets to little Caesars he tells me that they do not have the 2 liter of Pepsi that I ordered, so I tell him that mountain dew was fine. They didn’t have any of them either so I get frustrated and said to just get me two 16.9 Pepsi bottles. Out also. Then after I figure out my drink situation I get told they don’t have the red sauce? How does a pizza place run out of red sauce? Especially when it’s the same sauce they put on the pizza, so I told them to just give me extra sauce cups.My driver is finally able to make it to my house at 7:45 pm, an hour later, and when he handed me the food, no additional sauce cups. And my “slices and stix” is a half and half pizza.

Ordered online. 1 pepperoni, 1 supreme and “designed” my own sausage with “lite” sauce. Was pleased it was ready before promised. Got it to my Mom’s home and none of the pizzas had sauce … they were so dry. The pepperoni was only cheese no pepperoni. Almost $27. My husband called and was told he would need to bring it back in. 16 mile round trip … plus hungry people. Bad customer service.

The pies we got today are OLD. Either sitting in the warmer for hours or were maybe even premade the night before and thrown through the oven today. I should not be able to do this to a pizza made within the last hour or two. I could probably throw this like a Frisbee and it’d break someone’s window.

I frequent this Little Caesar’s regularly, and last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I ordered a custom pizza through the app at 7pm. I arrived at the store at 7:20pm. I received my pizza, and went back to my car. I checked the pizza, and it is not my order. I walked back in to return the pizza, and then was made to wait 40 minutes while they took care of a 10-15 customer rush before they even addressed the issue. I didn’t walk out with my pizza until a few minutes after 8pm.
I was asked at least five times what my pizza was by different staff, yet no one was taking action to fix the problem. Most of the staff was extremely unprofessional — accusing someone of giving my pizza to someone else, arguing with other staff about being on their phone, using the POS under other’s names, complaining about hours/pay, talking about being so upset they were going to walk out the door, and also being discourteous (eyerolling) to customers making reasonable requests, like the gentleman who asked for his pizza to be remade after i had returned it to them. They were seriously going to give him a pizza I walked out of the store with. I was not the recipient of this eyeroll, but it made my jaw drop all the same.
I hate to even make complaints, or leave bad reviews like this, but I feel I had to step up, and say something lest someone else ends up in the same position. I understand the restaurant was extremely busy, and service work can be very difficult when customers are unhappy, (I’m very reasonable and lenient in that regard, especially because I work a service job as well), but this is unacceptable. I order online because the store is hot, and there are usually a lot of people crowded inside a small lobby which makes me uncomfortable. The whole purpose of online ordering was subverted during this experience.
I do appreciate the fact that I was given a free drink, but I’m not asking for free stuff, or a refund. I’m asking for change.

Paid nearly $40 for food, never received food. Put in a complaint, and they waited a month to say anything conveniently for them that’s too long to give me my money back. Won’t be back here as a customer again or any other store in the franchise. Stick with Papa johns they’re faster and better.
Workers were rude, and the franchisee was rude saying it was my fault they couldn’t produce a result.

Never been to this little Caesars before. Stoped by for a Supreme pizza. The guy checking me out said something I couldn’t understand at first. I pulled out my card to pay and he said it again. I still couldn’t tell what he was saying but he wasn’t checking me out. Then for a third time he said “yall look like good people you can take it” and he just gave it to me for free. Really made my day and showed how great a location this is.

I’ve had pizza here a couple times. Never had a problem, not once.
The staff are friendly and the pizza was great every time. I won’t even try the other pizza places around here when I’m in town. Highly recommend the buffalo ranch for your pizza – delicious and not too spicy.
