I would give 0 rating if I have the option, first thing it’s really hard to find the location of the store, I roamed around 30 mins to find it. The employees are very rude especially the person working in the counter. Never visit this place. The have worst attitude and service, they are offering the worst food too.

This subway is inside Forrest General hospital. On 1/6/2025 I ordered a foot long and 1/2 meatball subs. These sandwiches tasted so bad me not my husband could eat them. The bread was so hard I thought it broke my tooth. When I took the sandwiches back this very young lady was so rude and should not be working with the public
I was refused a refund of $16.84 ask if I wanted another sandwich. No why would I get another sandwich from there? The young lady insisted it was something I put on the sandwich. I didn’t make the sandwich nor provide the makings. Beware of the horrible food and service. Who ever owns this establishment should go purchase what they are selling

Terrible management! My sandwich had plastic in the seafood and crab and I bit into it. I sat at a table right in front of the register . I took it straight up their and showed them. The employees were nice about it but the little manager had a terrible attitude and when I asked for turkey instead of getting survedbout of the same mixture I just bit into plastic from which costs less than the seaftand crab she got mad was rude and half way fixed me another sandwich. No cheese, barely any topping, and horrible attitude!!! The employees were great but the manager is very unprofessional!!!!

Subway ran out of bread for sandwiches. So I got a pizza with spinach because they were also out of bacon. The spinach on my pizza was cooked until it was black and crunchy. The cheese also burned. I could have let it all go, until one of the employees got an attitude when a nurse changed her mind because they ran out of bread. She looked at another employee rolled her eyes and said “I am just ready to go.”

Ordered a foot long bbq rid sandwich. Was told I could only get a 6” because there was only one rib left. Was told it would take to long to prep more. There was still 9 hours left before close as well as knowing there wasn’t enough rib ready to serve the public. Lazy employee not wanting to do their job.

Ran out of bread 2 hours before closing. Drained the tea, again, 2 hours before closing. The next day they still didn’t have bread at 9 am. They open at 7.
