I placed an order of two pizzas for delivery tonight. When the door bell rang I immediately went to the door. The driver had already left the two pizzas on the dirty ground at the door and was quickly walking to his car, he did not hand me the pizzas. I did not ask for a contactless delivery, hand off is customary, I had given a tip and my bill was close to $40. The temperature is currently in the 30’s and it’s been raining most of the day. I called the Hwy 92 location to let someone know what happened, I spoke to a John that answered the phone at the Hwy 92 location. I politely explained what had happened and that I didn’t like the food being left on the dirty, wet, cold ground, his response was, “where else should he have left them?” I said every other time the driver waits at the door with the pizzas, He then said, “the driver won’t wait more than a minute at the door”. Again I expressed that I immediately went to the door, which I had already explained. He didn’t apologize, or seem to understand or care about why I would rather the food not be left on the wet, cold, disgusting ground by the front door. I wanted to make a manager aware that this had happened and that I would rather my food not be left on the ground in the future, but again the person that I spoke to did not care or even recognize why this was a problem for me. I then let him know that in the future I’ll be ordering from a different location. I have been ordering pizza for years for delivery, nothing like this has ever happened before.

Have been ordering from this Dominos for about a year, at first it was solid run of the mill dominoes, hot pizza made right no issues. Not sure what has changed but, the last few months have been a bit painful. Orders often incorrect and or poorly made. Tonight drove me to post a review.
Total order, 3 pizzas, 1 cheesy bread and two pasta dishes. All three pizzas and the cheesy bread are undercooked and the dough is raw.
Maybe it’s new ownership or staff but this dominos location has shifted from ok to good in its domain to avoid and replace with another competitor.

I ordered online and an hour later they called to say they were out of pasta. They would not substitute for chicken, couldn’t refund the item and had to cancel the full order. They should’ve called me sooner or provided better substitutions. Bad service for a once loyal customer. Order 447 on 12/29/2025.

I filled out the review online stating the food was bad and under cooked, and they just said thank you. When I tried to call the store I got hung up on several times. I emailed corporate but no luck…. Good luck if you try to order from here…

I work at Mellow Mushroom and my daughter prefers your pizza. Service is great every time I order delivery and the pizza is piping hot. Every driver has been kind and courteous even though they’re not as appreciated as they should be. Working in the industry, I see the pitiful tips they receive- especially during storms and snow when customers don’t want to risk the drive themselves. I wish i remembered the name of the wonderful lady that I had tonight, but she is a perfect example of good service.

My pizzas were finished cooking and sitting since 5:46pm. I don’t understand why my pizzas are cooked so far in advance that they are sitting for over 30 minutes, Before it leaves the store. I guess the company doesn’t understand or care that customer’s don’t like it and it effects the tips of the driver’s!! I received my pizza’s COLD and they weren’t what I ordered!! I tried contacting the store. They put me on hold for 10min and processed to hang up on me!! I tried calling back and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Still trying to get someone on the phone for over another 10 min!! This is RIDICULOUS!! The Manager contacted me and expressed his deepest Apology for the Service and the quality of food!! He also offered to replace my order at anytime! I appreciate the Manager’s actions and apology!
