We had the steamed dumplings for an appetizer, and hibachi and teriyaki chicken for entrees. The dumplings were authentic – ranking in the top of any I’ve had in this country. The main dishes were great. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were crisp. The only issue was the size of the portions – they were too large! Seriously, the restaurant could cut the amount of rice served in half, and you would still get a great value for the money.

The BEST hibachi that I have ever tasted. This is even better than a dine-in restaurant. The owner takes pride in his food, service, and staff. The food was so delicious that I ordered more just to take back to my home state. And you definitely get more bang for your buck.

Let me tell y’all Hibachi & Wings Express is THAT spot! We tried both the lemon pepper wet and dry wings, and they were absolutely mouthwatering seasoned to perfection and cooked just right. Easily the best wings I’ve had in a long time!We didn’t stop there though the teriyaki shrimp, steak and cheese egg rolls, and fries were all on point! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It was so good, we had to take home a 50-piece lemon pepper and trust me, it didn’t last long!This place can always have my money. If you’re looking for top-tier wings and bomb hibachi, don’t sleep on Hibachi & Wings Express. We’re already planning our next visit we stay 2 hours away!

The food is ok in the day time but after 5pm it isn’t and when ordering count your wings paid for 20 got 18 and tried it again and same thing happened. Not ok you should get what you pay for. Food not consistent please it’s sad to say but count your wings in got 20 piece twice for 2 people and 8 in one tray and 5 in the other. It happened twice I should get what I paid for but he just lost me as a customer. Unless the guy cooking can’t count bad business.

As soon as you push open the doors you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming staff and the atmosphere is so light hearted it made me smirk and smile just looking around.
As the name of the resturant implies, the two main types of dishes are hibachi and wings. While I only ordered the chicken hibachi with white rice and vegetables.
The portions were large. The rice cooked to perfection. The chicken tasted as though they took their time and ensured it was still juicy. Lastly, the vegetables were succulent and tastey.
If you’re in the area, I’d stop by for a plate and treat yourself to a delicious meal.

Hibachi chicken across the street from the Pilot Truck stop. The food reminds me of an old restaurant called the Samurai (a Benehanna type restaurant). The white sauce adds a nice lean easy going flavor taste that gives a perfect flavor (you could put it on a sandwich instead of mayonnaise and it’d flavor your food perfectly). And the price is perfect for the amount you get (honestly cheap for these times in year 2024). I recommend this place for lunch and dinner . I don’t know if it’s just a perfect beginners grand opening but at the moment I give it a two thumbs up .

Went there after running some errands with my boyfriend and mom. The restaurant itself was nice, but we spent around $50, and it would’ve been more if we had gotten everything we ordered. We wanted two large chicken teriyaki bowls and two small hibachi steak bowls. We got both the small ones, but she only rang up one chicken bowl, and the steak was horrid. It was chewy and rubbery, just not right, and the chicken was not great either. Since then, all of our stomachs have been messed up.
