Wish I could rate this higher, but literally every time I set foot in this place, it’s always something new. This time, I got shorted on my food, after clarifying with the people working the front, about 3 times, exactly what I wanted. I’ve been forced to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order, I put in an hour before, because “It didn’t come through”. The efficiency score on the monitor, tells me otherwise (25% efficiency ). I know it’s fast food, so temper your expectations. But I expect to get what I paid for, no more, no less.

I work in the field of reviews, and typically I never leave a negative one because I realize the impact it can have on a business. That being said, my past 2-3 experiences coming to this zaxbys have not been good. I have tried to let it go, clearly I kept going back. Except this past experience wasn’t ideal. The customer service is lacking when taking your order.. they talk to you like you’re annoying. They gave the car in front of me the wrong drinks, and when it got to me they did the same thing to me. Not a big deal… could easily be fixed. My problem was the guy inside making the drinks cussing up a storm & yelling at the girls in there saying some really out of pocket stuff. The girl had just told him he messed up drinks AGAIN. He cussed at her… made my drinks… and they were still wrong. I just said sweet tea, and he just gave us unsweetened. It wasn’t that girl working the windows fault. You never know what type of day someone is having, but there is no excuse to cuss at people you work along side when you clearly didn’t do your job right. Do better.

It was a great experience, the guy that works morning everyday always greets me friendly, he reads my meal back to me, and always helpful when I don’t understand something on my meals! Definitely would come back to this place! However it’s best to come when they’re busy when their food is fresh and warm.

I really miss the Zaxby’s I used to know. Over the years, it feels like the quality has taken a sharp decline. The food just isn’t the same anymore. The chicken lacks the crispy texture it once had and is now often served lukewarm at best. At the very least, I think it’s fair to expect a hot meal when I’m paying for it.
Honestly, I’ve had better chicken tenders from high school cafeterias.
The bold, crave-worthy flavors that used to define Zaxby’s are now nowhere to be found. Please come back!

first, every time i order here my husband and i ask for extra seasoning on our fries and there is ALWAYS almost none. why even offer the option if they’re not even going to do it??
every single time we come here, the workers are so unbelievably rude. and we simply come to pick up a order we placed online, not even order at the window. your job is say hi on the speaker, hand me my food, and tell me to have a nice day. the last time we went the woman on the speaker said, AND I QUOTE: “what do you want?”. then when we pulled around, she had her arm hanging out the window with the bag and slammed the door after handing it to us. it’s honestly embarrassing that mangers let their employees speak to their customers that way. and we usually NEVER care about stuff like this.

Had a very amazing experience! Very clean tables and food was absolutely delicious! Customer service was also great especially with the two guys in polos who were working!

almost every table is dirty. they got my order wrong. and most of the employees were on their phones, standing there talking to each other while there were customers at the Counter waiting. Very unhappy with the service I got do not recommend.

Upon arriving, the drive-thru intercom was not working, already not a good sign. Placed a quick mobile order and at the window was told to pull up. After about 30min and watching 10+ cars go around me, I went inside. Half of my order was down on the end of the counter unattended. She handed it to me and I asked for the other half…she just looked at me lost. I had to go over the receipt with her and proceeded to wait 20+ more minutes on the other half. One hour spent here is insane. Won’t be back to this one! Called corporate and they did not seem to care either.

Great Zaxby’s. Food was fresh and staff were friendly. They took care of our order for nine people efficiently. They weren’t too busy on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. Always love the Coke Remix machine too!
