These people close half an hour early and don’t want to serve anyone after 10:30. That’s ridiculous. People waiting in line and the recorder comes on and says it’s already closed when there were 2 cars in front of me that were served but they didn’t want to serve me.

It felt like my close to home Burger King. The girls were nice the boy was so attentive with the tattoos on his arm and he made sure the food was fresh .I kept saying my order fast cuz I was nervous. But they were all so sweet. Morning crew.on 5/23/25 My plans actually got cancelled but they made it worth coming out of my way for no reason.

Drive-thru – usually I don’t have an issue with my food but today, the nuggets and fries I had ordered was cold and old. Since I ordered the 8 piece nuggets – I felt that they used cold/old 6 pc nuggets and just added 2 fresh ones. It was only two cars in the drive-thru so there wasn’t much of a line. I also only live about 5 minutes away from this location…so pretty disappointed

Do not expect food unless you order on the app or drive through. You’ll stand at the counter for an hr before anyone realizes there’s a customer. These fast food restaurants do not have customer service anymore yet everyone wants a raise. They cannot even handle a walk up customer. I’d rather starve then support this laziness.

I ordered a meal, the food was fine. However I poured my cup into the sink to get the ice out before I through it away and there was something in my drink. I have no idea what it was but I will NEVER go here again because I truly want to vomit right now after seeing this. I drank the whole drink.

I waited over 20 minutes to receive my order, and I did not receive my food. When I asked the person bagging the food if I could have my burger, as it was the ONLY whopper there and it had been sitting for 15 minutes, they were incredibly rude, and said I had to wait my turn(even though my food had been sitting for 15 minutes). I waited another minute, and left without my food. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable behavior from staff, and the wait time to not even receive my food was absurd. I thought fast food was supposed to be, well, fast. I will not be back as this was totally unacceptable.

Doesn’t open doors when there supposed too. ordered food this morning driving a bus, can’t go thru the drive thru. Just wanted food and to use the bathroom. If your sign says your open at 7 your doors should be open at 7.

After upgrading this establishment and new employees great customer service and the order is usually right staff is very friendly and fix issues immediately to my knowledge McDonald’s and Wendy’s do not carry a vegan burger just like they do at Burger King.
