I ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni for carryout along with another medium original crust pizza with onions and green and a side of parmesean breads ticks. The pan pizza did not have any pepperoni on it..only cheese. I called back several times and was left on hold with nobody ever picking up the phone to speak to me. HORRIBLE customer service! Its no wonder Papa John’s is planning to close a large number of stores across the country. Why go there when a simple pizza order is wrong and nobody will answer the phone when you call

Do you love a large part of the pizza being crust? I don’t either. I used to love Papa Johns but moved out of delivery area. There was a 6 person line and no one even looked up to see if they could hand out pizzas for 15 minutes. The pizza itself had a huge crust and just wasn’t good. I had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location. I placed an order with 10 items. When I arrived, they told me to wait a moment because my order was being prepared. After waiting 17 minutes, they suddenly told me that they did not have my order in their system.
Honestly, this excuse does not make sense. It felt like they were trying to deliver my order or gave priority to something else, and instead of being honest, they made me wait and then blamed the system. This is not professional behavior at all.
If there was an issue, they should have informed me immediately instead of wasting my time. I left very frustrated and disappointed.

Advice: don’t pre-tip. Food was more than 10 minutes later than the delivery windows and the pizza was room temp. No communication. The delivery driver made excuses about being “slammed” and the person who cut the pizza was obviously not making much effort, see picture.

If I could give this place -5 stars I absolutely would. Our order was supposed to be delivered at 8. It did not get to us until after 9. It was cold when it arrived. Thinner than cardboard. Even when we tried to warm it up, it was horrible. Finally calling, the “manager” said they couldn’t remake it because they have no more dough. He “refunded” the account but it never came through. When I called 3 days later to let them know… they told me there’s nothing they could do and I needed to dispute it with my bank. When I called to dispute it, it was a 50 minute wait.

Ordered from here they took an hour and half to deliver and food was completely cold as well as the pizza was only about 60% covered with toppings and they didn’t even use the correct dough. When I did survey it asked if I would like to be contacted by the store to resolve issue. No one from this location has reached out after I made multiple attempts to get resolution with no response. Wouldn’t order from here or any papa johns again. I would definitely skip from ordering from this location.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this papa johns. The atmosphere is very bad, They also will say “thank you” sarcastically about the tips you leave. One of the employees brought her baby and was holding the baby while working and putting the baby on the counters while working on orders. I also had to wait here for a hour to get one pizza. Just all around worst experience I’ve ever had in a papa johns.

We ordered a large stuffed crust with onions and banana peppers. Very disappointed. The pizza was undercooked and doughy and we even ordered “well done”. The banana peppers on this pizza you could count on one hand. Several pieces had no peppers at all. Definitely not up to Papa John’s standards.
