HEY Domino’s. If someone requests extra cheese and PAYS for it..GIVE IT. We religiously ordered every friday night at the Millersville location and I havent been happy lately. It’s either never the right order, made poorly, and half the time when you ask them to just leave it at the door they still knock. DO BETTER Millersville location!!!!!!

One of the best Dominos locations I have been to. Always greeted with friendly and helpful service when i pick up, the delivery drivers are fast and friendly, the staff is always hard at work and my food is always hot and made right. Had the occasional moment where they forgot to add a requested sauce cup with delivery, but thats my ONLY complaint. Overall great place to order from. Staff if you’re reading this, thanks guys you’re all awesome! Your hard work is appreciated!

This location consistently gets orders wrong and say orders are delivered when they never are. The app/website never work and there’s no customer support. Every time I’ve had an issue with this location, they only offer coupons for future orders and won’t refund me. Worst customer service ever.

Called an endlessly ringing line at 10:40 pm with noone answering. Thinking who’s running this place? So I drive over to see what’s going on and it’s 4 goons standing around doing nothing. I tried to place an order for pickup with 10 minutes to spare and they said “carryout’s closed” – bro you’re literally open till midnight, you cant put an order together for me?

We ordered a pizza, bread, and a 2 liter of sprite. When we realized we forgot the sprite, Ed sent another driver out. Not only did they give us the original sprite, they also gave us an extra 2 liter. Everyone makes mistakes. Thank you Ed and Toby!

I ordered a 6 topping pizza and a salad. The salad was good. I opened the pizza, and it was a cheese pizza, not 6 toppings. I called the store, and I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes, and they’ve not come back to pick up. Tried the claim, and that didn’t go anywhere either. Just want the pizza I ordered.

I don’t know that I’ll be back to this location again. My receipt shows what I ordered I only wanted toppings on half of the pizza… that didn’t happen. I also ordered icing which isn’t free, and guess what I didn’t get icing… guys please read the orders.
