The waitress was amazing but the food is another story!! My burger was overcooked and dry

Big portions and yummy food. The chimichurri sauce is delicious. I think our server was having a bad day but still made sure we had everything. This place continues changing but definitely in a good direction.

The waitress was not friendly what so ever despite it being a celebration of my son’s birthday. She took our order and brought our pathetic looking meals and then she refused to make eye contact or see if we needed anything(which we did). She was too busy checking her Apple Watch. The food was even worse than the service. What chef or sever in their right mind could serve this to someone?! If I wanted less than mediocre, overpriced food I could have just went to Dennys.

Very disappointed, we waited 55 minutes for our food. Once food arrive we were thankful. I order a burger medium cook and they gave me a burned burger. I could not believe the level of quality. I understand when I asked for a burger and they cooked it a little too much. But this was just plane careless. Our sever was really apologetic, she tried to make the dinner experience better and offer to cook the burger again but at that point it was way to long of a wait. She was nothing but the best. But I wonder about the cook and the manager, HOW DO YOU ALLOW FOOD TO COME OUT LIKE THIS, BURNED ?????

Great spot! We thought it would be crazy overpriced with lame food because it was the one option at the lodge. We were happily surprised to see the prices were comparable and food was pretty tasty! Loved the potato chip nachos and the burger.

The food was gross and way overpriced. Over-salted and under-flavored. You kind of feel stuck at the hotel as there’s not much close. The tacos across the street were way better.

Not that many rides and things to do, definitely recommend for kids to visit at least once. I think 1 day is more than enough, just come in the morning and leave in the evening. If they can just reduce the price for just to visit the water park. That will help.

Waited 40 mins for two fast-food quality burgers and a pair of microwaved chickenstrips. The pictures on the menu versus what they actually serve you are two totally different things. Our table ran out of water early into the wait, finally had to ask another server, because we never saw our server, for water. On the plus side, it was extremely easy to figure out the tip…
