Food was great. We had the bleu cheese burger and chopped beef. The chopped beef was perfectly cheesy and felt like home. The burger was also very good and had a nice surprise with the sweet element. The tots were tasty and really crisp. Overall great meal and will be back. 4 on atmosphere because the food hall needed lights on in the seating area we were in.

I stumbled across Grassfed Griddle during my first time @ Bryant St. Market the other day. I am so glad that I did!

Grassfed Griddle partners with local, family businesses to source their ingredients.
Their breakfast menu and menu in general look delicious! I was intent on getting a breakfast sandwich, when a mushroom confit sandwich made with a signature cheese sauce, and ginger-siracha mayo on a black truffle brioche bun caught my eye!! I quickly changed my mind after learning that Grassfed Griddle sources their mushrooms from a local farmer’s market and it’s one of the chef’s favorite sandwiches.

After walking around checking out other vendors and waiting for a few mins because Grassfed Griddle was a little busy with previous orders, I decided to sit down at their counter to enjoy my sandwich when it was ready.

Let me just say, that black truffle brioche bun was so soft and buttery. The mushroom confit and special condiments made for the best flavor combo! The sandwich was like a pillow of palette pleasing delight!! The mushrooms were so plentiful, that they were falling out after each bite. It was a little messy to eat, but grabbing a fork helped.

I would go back to Bryant St. Market JUST to savor this sandwich again! It’s seasonal, so I suspect the menu may change. If you enjoy mushroom and truffle and a good brioche bun, this sandwich is IT!!

I definitely want to go back to try Grassfed Griddle’s breakfast sandwich, tater tots and French toast and of course that mushroom sandwich!

So, so good!!

The ambience was casual and quaint. I suspect it’s busy on the weekends. I went during the week around lunch time and it wasn’t too busy.

I love Grassfed Griddle, you can tell their ingredients are super fresh and all the food is delicious. Very kind staff, always very friendly! In my opinion it’s a bit overpriced ($14 for a sausage, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich + $1.50-3 per extra topping!), but that hasn’t stopped me from indulging from time to time. The pillar of Bryant Street Market!

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. My BLT and bacon egg and cheese sandwich came with three slices of bacon that were clearly old—the taste was spoiled, the color was dark brown, and the texture was dried out. The bacon was also difficult to chew. Since I ordered a BLT, I expected fresh bacon straight off the griddle, but instead it appeared that the strips had been cut in half, leaving only three small pieces on each sandwich.

Overall, the sandwiches did not reflect the “grass-fed griddle” quality advertised. I placed my order online for breakfast, and when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, the food wasn’t even started. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Although the staff were friendly, I would never revisit this place.

Had the burger at the TP Farmers Market this weekend. Easily the best burger in DC. Glad to know I can find it during the week at Bryant St.

Their sausage and egg breakfast sandwich was just ok; it was a tad bit expensive at $14. The sausage had a strong fennel taste which I’m not a huge fan of. I am interested in trying their hamburgers later though

Great burger spot! I tried their special – the pineapple burger and it was fantastic. Great flavors and well assembled. I’m always in search of a good burger and this place hit the spot. Excited to try more items off their creative menu.

I wanted a cheesesteak based on the site, but the server kindly explained to me that it was under a different name – the chopped beef. It was pretty good.
