Subway sends out coupons religiously, a good thing! However Vonore doesn’t honor but 1 of them, a bad thing. I understood it last year when prices were crazy. I am NOT understanding it now. In fact I won’t go back until I know it’s different. Get with the program Vonore Subway – honor my coupons.

Employees do fine but management has instructed them to heat the meatballs up as they use them. Not to mention the mess it makes scooping cheesy meatballs back out of a silicon tray. I just drove all the way back home to find my sandwich cold in the middle of the meatballs. Quit cutting corners and keep the meatballs hot. VERY unsatisfactory after a 10 hour work day.

Ordered online serveral times… always wrong! The last time I ordered online.. I immediately called and said make sure the sauces are on the side! Ok.. The gal said on the phone! I told my husband make sure the sauces are on the side when you pick the sandwiches up…. He asked the gal at the counter, are the sauces on the side? Yep! No! None of the sauces were on the side by the time the sandwich went from Vonore to Greenback. They were soggy.! Called the gal and said you said the sauces were on the side she goes. I’m sorry we had already made them.! So she knew that she was selling us sandwiches that were incorrect! Call the manager and the manager said well you have to bring the sandwich back the same day in order to get a refund.. Or a remake! When the gal told me if you want to talk to a manager call that tomorrow!
This restaurant definitely does not hold their employees accountable to make excuses and they just try and get away bad service so they make money!

The service was friendly. That’s where it stops. The service is VERY slow (~45 min). This store is “not a franchise store” and AFTER waiting all that time, when we presented a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 (that we received in the mail and didn’t mention this store being excluded), we were promptly told they could only accept the $6.99 coupon. I asked them where the sign was that mentioned this (there wasn’t one). I told them if I had known that, I wouldn’t have gotten the subs. Paying $32.67 before taxes for 3 subs is ridiculous. The coupons are sent out to help sales because corporate knows that is too expensive! We were told that since it is not a franchise store, the store owner could pick and choose which coupons she wanted to accept. I explained that not having a visible sign to that affect was poor business.
I will NOT visit this (Vonore) Subway store again!

They can’t take coupons, everyone. On the bottom of the coupon sheet it says “only at participating locations” they are not one. They can’t put a sign on the door that isn’t made by corporate, either. That’s the rule. When you go in, they ask “do you have a coupon other than the $6.99 one.” if you do, they say they can’t take it, no big deal. Order online if you wish to use them.

I recently visited the Subway location
and I must say it was a visit I will not soon forget, and for all the wrong reasons. My wife and I decided to grab a quick lunch together, but little did we know that our visit would turn into an uncomfortable ordeal.
Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately bombarded by a deafening wall of sound. To our utter disbelief, the staff had decided to subject their unfortunate customers to a relentless onslaught of disturbing death metal music. Now, I have nothing against personal musical preferences, but subjecting unsuspecting diners to such aggressive and polarizing music is simply unacceptable!
As we struggled to communicate over the cacophony of growls and screeching guitars, the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable. It was clear that the staff’s choice of music was not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. I expected a calm and inviting environment to enjoy a meal and engage in conversation with my wife, but instead, we found ourselves immersed in an unwelcome and inappropriate auditory assault.
I strongly advise against visiting this particular Subway location. The combination of the staff’s choice of death metal music and the resulting uncomfortable atmosphere made for an overall negative experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable meal, I suggest you look elsewhere.
It is my sincere hope that the management of this Subway location takes customer feedback seriously and reevaluates their approach to creating a welcoming environment. Until then, my wife and I will not be returning, and we encourage others to do the same.
