This McDonald’s is better than any other in town. Even when they are slammed they get the food out as quick as posssible. My order is always right and fresh. If the owner is seeing this Michael is a gem. He is always so friendly and polite and puts a smile on my face everytime I see him when I come in. Not many fast food workers always make sure they say hi to customers, but he does.

My husband went through the drive through for a quick dinner after a busy night. Approximately $27.00 later and this is what I got… 1 normal sized chicken finger, 1 almost chicken finger, and 2 that would make 1. So, I pretty much received 2 ¹/² chicken fingers for $5.59. The fish weren’t much better. Do better McDonald’s, DO BETTER!

By far the most ridiculous experience I’ve had here, yet pretty on par with the usual service..
My wife and I went through the drive-thru at this location, wanting to try the new spicy sausage and egg muffins. We ran into an issue with the way they rang in, because even though they’re not listed in exclusions they wouldn’t ring in with our app.
The manager explained the situation, and said “I’ll ring in your sandwiches, and a side of the sauce.”
We get home, open everything up, and THIS is the side of sauce they gave us……. No cup, no lid, just a cardboard box full of sauce, thrown into a paper bag with 4 sandwiches. For all that trouble you could have just put it on the sandwich like we asked, but instead it’s now all over my car, my clothes, and the rest of my food..
This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Bring Vicki Back, she may have been snippy or so called rude at times , but she was always running drive by herself, Im sure she was stressed, but she was prompt and never messed up an order. She gave Christmas cards out for the last I dont know how many years. Treat your staff better and their mood might be better. You get out of people what you give. BRING VICKI BACK TO THE DRIVE THRU, SHE TRULY WAS THE BEST . treat others as you want to be treated . She was ALWAYS nice to me, because I was nice to her…. its not hard. Give Grace, be patient. You never know what one is going through.

Every time I go there is a bad experience. Slow, so very slow. Nobody in front of me. Can’t take my order for 5 minutes. Wait another 20 minutes for my food after I order. Your business model is fast food. We expect OK food, we expect OK service. We want fast food. Bring back the warming bins, bring back running sets sandwiches, quit making them be at a time, it’s slow and the person is so rushed they make a crappy sandwich. You done messed up.

Had a very horrible experience. The employees at the Scott /Illinois road McDonald’s, put shame to all McDonald’s name. There costumer service is absurd and a joke. Their incompetence as employees could cost that McDonald’s to lose many loyal customers. I am beside myself with the values those employees have. Not only did they get the order wrong but when my son went to return the wrong items they did not replace or refunded the order. Instead took the receipt told him to leave laugh and called the police on my son for not leaving. I shorty arrive before the police arrived and informed the So call manager to “please do so call the police”. Because they, themselves our stealing from my son. All the employees there we’re acting immature, irresponsible, with there phone out instead of being more professional. We spoke to the police and a report was made.
It’s just so sad how the McDonald’s on Scott rd is going downhill. My regards to the owner.

Ordered sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, got home and no egg on it. Ordered bagel sandwich and it was a biscuit sandwich when we got home. Long wait and should have had plenty of time to get the order right. This is consistently the worst McDonalds we have ever been to – always something wrong and/or extremely long wait times.

UPDATE: Sub par at best. Trying to be fair here. The bathroom is absolutely unacceptable. This is now the THIRD time in a few weeks that I’ve been to this store and ALL times I used self order and ALL times it was out of receipt paper. How would I know my order number if I don’t have a receipt..? Also, your order number doesn’t show up on the screen.
Franchise or not, McDonald’s shouldn’t allow owner operators to keep their stores in this condition.
Not to mention zero priority being given to in store customers versus drive thru, but that’s par for the course about anywhere you go.

I did a mobile order and somehow it still got “lost”. No one behind the counter knew what was going on or even attempted to fix it. But a young lady, Admire helped us and kept a beautiful smile on her face, was apologetic (even though it wasn’t her fault) and was just simply gracious. We were pretty mad during the experience, but she absolutely changed our tune!

The bathroom needs attention. There is a tiny trash can to throw paper towels away. It could be more pleasant in general in the appearance of the bathroom.
The food and service were both good/what I expected.
