My food was actually ready at the pickup time requested, for the first time since I’ve been ordering from here. Sadly I’m not sure what happened to my pizzas or crazy bread. My pizza was NOT in the Pizza Portal as my email said it would be. I guess the Pizza Portal is broken? The guy working the counter had to gather my 2 pizzas, crazy bread and crazy sauce from a few different places. I did not think to look at the pizzas, I thought that they would look like they do on the menu. To my surprise they did not! My Crazy bread was rolled up in the bag. The pepperoni on my Old World pepperoni pizza looks like they took a handful and dropped it in the middle of the pizza. The Supreme pizza dough was all messed up. Take some pride in your work. To the person who made my pizzas: I wish you the day you deserve. I paid for this but WILL not be returning. If I could give you negative stars I would.

We walked in for a hot and ready pizza. There weren’t any. You know why? Because a guy that walked in one second before us bought all of them…about 15 of them. There should be a limit. If someone wants that many pizzas, they should have to make an order and wait. Instead, the rest of us that walked in are waiting 20 minutes for “hot and ready” pizzas.

This place has the rudest managers there for saying sorry for my mistakes meaning the customers for not having the full order. Just because my order wasn’t fully together. I give this a zero star.

Called in a pizza for pick up, dude on the phone was rude and sounded high. I asked twice on the phone to confirm that it will be right bc he has messed up my order in the past. I get there and shocker it was not right. They remake it, and when I go back in for the second time, and he laughs and says he gave it to the wrong person. Dude with dreads in the back is slow, rude, and needs to be fired. Manager is awesome and always try’s to make things right, gave me my refund and apologized, while he who messed it up both times laughed.

Love the stuffed crazy bread!! They always seem to come not cooked all the way, though.

If someone could drop by a Walmart or Dollar General and buy these nice folks a pizza cutter, I’d really appreciate it.

I cut our pizza with a folding pocket knife…. on my lap…… on cardboard….. in a moving vehicle. It still turned out better than the result achieved in a professional kitchen which specializes in pizza and is part of a nationwide chain that has endured for decades and has hundreds of locations. It is simply embarrassing that any pizza restaurant can’t figure out how to cut a pizza.

The pizza itself needed more sauce. It was dry. For an “extra most bestest,” it was also a little short on pepperoni.

The pizza puffs were delicious, but OILY. My God, they were swimming in oil. Dripping with oil. The box in which they arrived was oily on the outside. It was soaked in oil. Pizza is often oily, but there’s a limit.

The crazy bread bag had pizza sauce on the outside. Between the oil and the sauce, our car had quite a mess.

My wife thought the crazy Bread was okay. A little on the bland side, but she had no great complaints. I found it a little under-done. A little doughy and spongy.

We made an online order, but the little kiosk for collecting the order was not in use. My wife had to wait in line to pick up her pizza, instead of just grabbing it from the kiosk. This added a totally unnecessary delay.

Normally, I love Little Caesar pizza, but today I was thoroughly disappointed. My husband and I needed a quick and easy dinner tonight after choir practice so we decided to swing by our local Little Caesars to pick up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. When we walked in, there were 2 young (elementary school-aged) boys waiting in the entryway and no one was at the front counter. After waiting for several minutes and several more customers filling the room behind us, a young man finally came out and asked who was there first. The boys stepped up and very politely asked for their online order. The young man checked and said their pizzas were not ready. After that, he took my order. When asked, he said they had no hot and ready pepperoni pizzas but one would be out of the oven in 1 minute. 1 minute passed and there was no pizza. Several other customers had placed their orders and eventually, the young man returned to the kitchen after being called by a young woman (presumably a supervisor) who said “The customers at the counter can wait. Come work in the kitchen.” At this, the young man left for the kitchen and several of the waiting customers left the store without placing their order. At this point, my husband and I had been waiting 5-10 minutes for our 1-minute pizza and the young boys were still standing in the corner waiting for their order without being checked on. Several minutes passed and more customers arrived, the young man came out and took orders, and then he checked the warmer for our pizza and the boys’ pizza and said they weren’t ready. A bit later a young girl came out. She presents several people with pizzas takes some orders and then checks on the young boys’ order and says it’s still not ready. After this, she went back towards the kitchen and spoke to another employee. From the front of the store, I could hear the conversation as follows. “We need to get another pizza in the oven for them now! I know I put their pizza in the warmer, but we must have sold it to someone else. Those boys have been waiting here for almost an hour!” Another 10 minutes pass… One of the young boys went out to the car and came back with a young lady (probably a sister). Finally, the young man who took my order comes back out, looks in the warmer, and hands the young boy his 3 pizzas. All three of those pizzas had been sitting in the warmer since I had arrived but the employees had not taken the time to look on more than 1 shelf. Another 4-5 minutes passed, and finally, the young man came back out to give another customer her order and then asked me about mine. I gave him my name and he proceeded to hand the box of pizza and the bag of crazy bread with my name on it to the other customer while handing me her order. Like the young boys, my pizza order had been sitting in the warming tray since I had arrived. At no point did a manager come out nor were any refunds or apologies offered. Needless to say, this was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I have never seen any business managed more poorly. In addition to the slow service and the lack of care shown by the employees, the restaurant was dirty with cobwebs hanging from some parts of the shop. After eating a small portion of the pizza, my husband and I both felt very ill. Needless to say, I would not recommend this Little Caesars branch to anyone wanting timely service or decent food.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and the pizza has always been good, yeah sometimes the actual service isn’t that good but in 2 years of going here I’ve never had my order messed up or severely undercooked.
