Visiting the area for a tournament. Ended up eating here twice because it was so good. It was busy on Friday night, but service was great and our food was ready fast. Definitely recommend the lamb bowl and gyro.

Listen…first and foremost, I’ve never been disappointed in their food. I ordered the falafel combo and it was amazing. But let me tell you about the hotsauce. I would rate the hotsuce alone 5 stars. I want to put that hotsauce on everything. The people are amazing, the service is quick, and the food is absolutely worth every penny. Very satisfied.

I had lamb over rice and salad. It was delicious. When you walk the food cooking smells good. The strawberry lemonade was perfect. Not too sweet and not tart perfect. Definitely will be returning to try something else.

Still thinking about this place since coming back to New York. Their food is cooked to perfection with seasoning that’s absolutely mouth-watering. The food was fresh, place was clean, service was quick and staff were super nice. The drinks were refreshing and paired perfectly with the food, which made the whole meal even better. Shoutout to Tommy for the great customer service—he really made the experience even better. Honestly one of the best chicken spots I’ve been to, and I’d 100% come back anytime I’m in North Carolina.

Came here and based on the other location, I was hesitant but pleasantly surprised. Clean location and very nice atmosphere. Helpful staff and got my order to me very timely. Ordered a dinner box with fries and a guava lemonade. Lemonade was sweet and good tasting. Chicken was crispy and flavorful just needed a bit more on seasoning. The Cajun fries were hot but the only downside was the seasoning wasn’t enough or evenly spread. Good price for the meal and I would come back here again.

My friends told me to try this place and they were right. It 100% lived up to the hype. The food was fresh, halal, and actually so good. Juicy chicken, perfect seasoning, no misses. The store was clean, service was fast, and everyone was super chill and nice. This is definitely one of those spots you add to your regular rotation. I’ll for sure be back.

I am blown away! Very generous portions. I found out through conversation that this is a family run business, a father and son. The gentleman at the counter, the son, was very kind and patient explaining the menu to me. It is very clear they take great pride in their business! 🙂

I’ve been a customer here since they opened and really enjoyed the Mediterranean rice bowl. Last Sunday, as usual, I ordered a salad with shrimp and chicken, and a rice bowl with shrimp and chicken. I picked up my order around noon. When I got home, I had a few things to do, so I didn’t eat right away. My two friends started eating because the portion size is enough for three people. After finishing my chores, I found plates on the kitchen sink with rice on them. My friends said the rice was undercooked, which I couldn’t believe, I checked myself and it was not cooked. I called Crown Chicken to report the issue. When the girl answered, she suggested I bring the food back for a fix. I was surprised and thought that was unreasonable. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back from my house. She insisted I bring it back, which I found concerning and unhygienic. I ended up packing both the half-eaten rice bowl and the salad, along with the receipt, and returned them. I told the girl to keep the food, I don’t want another plate. If they allow customers to bring food from their homes into the store, I don’t want the risk contamination. I’m fine with them keeping the food and the money — I’m good.
