Went through drive-thru. Attendant at the window was very nice and got my order right! Even asked for a second drink at the window and it was no problem. Chicken sandwich is my favorite.

I visited there on 1/29/26 around 5:30 and I must say everything was on point. The customer service was amazing the food was hot and fresh. Everything was excellent and those ladies and gentlemen deserves a raise literally. I will most definitely be back!!

Exactly how old are these tenders?!? The grease has even soaked into the batter. They have been sitting under the heat light all day. Manager has yet to contact me regarding the issue. You can’t keep a straight face and tell me these are fresh. The quality of food and service is deplorable.

Not as clean as it should be, no one was in the restaurant at when we got there tables and seats needed cleaning,and floor and restrooms, this is very important to keep these areas CLEAN if your running a restaurant,it tells CUSTOMERS HOW YOU’RE KEEPING YOUR KITCHEN and HANDS CLEAN as you are PREPARING THEIR FOOD.my family likes eating at popeyes so do better please we want to keep coming back.THAnK YOU!!

All I wanted after a long hard day at work was a 3 piece all dark meat. I was met with resistance, it is not the customers way here, guess I got them confused with BK. While the kid that was working the window was polite, the man in the background kept insisting that no matter if I got 3 pieces or more, he couldn’t say how much dark meat I would get, it would have to be mixed. Also, they advertise fried pickles, but do not sell them…. Underwhelmed and slightly irritated with my not so good customer service experience!
