The only place my kids and I would get our food from at the Franklin Park Food Court because their food is delicious, fair price and good portion. Their staff are all polite and the guy who cooks the meat is really good and very professional even with difficult customers.

Was just there yesterday and ordered the crab ragoon and I asked the lady were the ones inside the warmer fresh and she replied “I’m gone put them back in the grease” even tho they still were delicious IJS ♀️ ♀️. The staff was slow and unfriendly. Never smiled or said anything throughout my order. Never said “thank you. ” No customer service. The food was HORRIBLE. Rice was cold, veg tasted like is was soaking in dirty water all day, beef was on the grill with raw chicken. The taste was like eating right out of a dumpster! I actually thought I was going to get sick afterwards. Had to give 1 star but it doesn’t even deserve that! Stay away!

If they had a restaurant they would have received 5 stars. The only real drawback is the atmosphere. Eating in the mall food court isn’t very peaceful when the mall is packed . The food is delicious so will definitely be returning when the mall has fewer people.

I love their steamed vegetables because they don’t cook them into submission. Hot and crisp and I don’t taste preservatives. I don’t know what they do differently, but it’s SO good – a healthier version of fast food. Next time you’re in the food court at the mall, give it a try. I strongly recommend this place. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Their food is gross now. My chicken teriyaki literally tasted like nail polish remover and I cannot believe the workers thought it was okay to serve something that awful. I took two bites and had to throw it out. The containers always leak the juices of the food, which is not a big deal, but the fact my chicken had such a chemical smell is disgusting. I haven’t been back since that experience. I used to love this place.

Such a great meal! Really satisfied my hunger. Food has excellent flavor and cooked to perfection.

The food was very good, I wanted to get it again the next day. Only downfall was feeling so rushed when I ordered I couldn’t even think what to order. Then they forgot to charge me for my sauce so I had to stand in line again just to get it. All in all, that’s my food place when I go to the mall.:)

Remember when the prices were lower and they gave you more food? I do. Remember when the woman who prepares the food didn’t have a bad attitude? I don’t. She is the most rude woman that I know. And I asked for a mushroom sample and she says we don’t do samples. But they are always giving samples of the teriyaki chicken, which is horrible might I add. I will not be going back!

I always get the soba noodles and sesame chicken. Food is consistently good and the staff are always quick, efficient, sanitary, and ready to answer any questions you might have. A two item combo plate is $7.09 at the moment and you really can’t beat that for the portions they give you, i can make it last 2 meals. This place is my guilty pleasure and if you’re gonna visit the mall this holiday season stop in and support a small food chain. Also, please tip! You can tip on your card, as well as in cash, just ask to add at checkout. Itadakimasu!
