I just ordered food in the drive thru but forgot to ask for iced coffee and got regular coffee instead. So I parked and went inside to get ice and was greeted with a very tall, large man yelling and screaming at me, “hey you!” “You cant just get ice without asking me or without buying anything!” I began to defend myself and thought twice about his approach. I told him, “I just bought breakfast but if it makes you happy, give me a small cup and here’s two more dollars and you can keep the change!” This is no way to talk to anybody. Unbeknownst to him, I had a bacon, egg & cheese combo with hash browns and a coffee in my car. He made me feel unwelcomed and as if he was the ice police. I did not dispense any soda or juice, simply ice and was yelled at in front of customers and other employees. One of the employees, a very nice 30 something year old white gentleman noticed and apologized for there not being any stocked lids after I asked the big man for a lid which he reluctantly gave me. It’s 9:29 am. I just finished my breakfast. This occurred at approximately 9:22 am. Nobody should talk to anyone this way no matter what the situation in a business. You might want to check the till. Not to accuse him but he took my $2 and did not ring up a transaction!!!

Walked in on the Manager berating a delivery driver. She wasn’t friendly to us. Food was good though no complaints there. Also the employees blocking the doors while smoking is unattractive. Other than the staff I would recommend.

They don’t get your orders right, specially if you are ordering online. They give you only the bread and meat on a burger that you even paid extra to have certain ingredients added, or give you the burger with only the ingredients that you clearly asked not to be put in it, they give you cold fries and forget to add the drinks as well. Terrible service!

I’ve been going to this Burger King for a few months now and every time I order a whopper and I say no cheese they always put cheese and crazy amounts of mayonnaise for no reason I’m always polite never rude but it just seems like they don’t care about what they’re doing. 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

I went to the BK on Derry Street in HBG PA
The whopper was must not be “flame broiled” anymore, burger had 0 taste, I asked for extra mayo I got some mayo but I did get some extra pickles (I didn’t ask for extra pickles) and the patty was cold (I had to reheat my patty) the coke wasn’t coking!!! Flat!!! Now the best thing I had were the fries. But I’m done eating BK For real! I spent $30 on 2
Meals that was flavorless!! my son got that sponge bob meal he said his food was bland too and those cheese bites are nasty! He said the best thing was the pineapple drink. … wasted my $$$

There is a girl with black teeth and mustache, I don’t know what she is doing there because she is so rude. I never had any problems with any body there but that girl was so rude with me, just because I was asking a question about a coupon. It was my first time buying a coupon, I didn’t know how to use it .

This Burger King location has impressed me 90% of the time I’ve visited, (the 10% I would chock up to flukes that happen to everyone, some days are jus’ bad ). The employees’ patience, kindness, but also their ability to get food out in a timely manner, (and Imo it’s impressive how much food they fit into one bag ), is astounding. Never change, folx.

Dislocation probably needs to get a remodel or something definitely didn’t feel like it was the best of the best, people were nice, have their hair nets on, and seem to be properly trained for the location definitely overall a good experience, but could have been better

Went on a Friday at the beginning of the lunch rush & it looked like they had 1 person making food so it took 35 mins to put out my food. Felt bad for the overwhelmed employees.
