This place is great. Great atmosphere and very unique. The food was amazing! Very authentic so be careful if you aren’t used to Ethiopian food. We had a great time with friends and delicious food.

If you’re looking for authentic Ethiopian food then this is the spot. It helps to go with someone that knows how to order or is possibly Ethiopian but normal everyday people can figure the menu out for sure. Also they have helpful staff. The outside of the building is a little sketchy but sometimes those are some of the best places. The inside looks like a little village and had a cool vibe. The food was served in a unique way and the seating was nice and private. We would like to explore the menu more on a return visit. I would also mention that the pricing was very good for the amount of food that you get.

This Ethiopian food blew my tastebud’s mind! I didn’t know such flavors existed! I ordered the “Chef’s Special” and was very satisfied. I had no idea what to get at first but this was the perfect combination of flavors. I was transported to a whole new country simply by eating this food. Next time I will bring the whole family! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love Piassa! I come here once every couple months with friends or family to order the Veggie Platter and the Lamb Tibs (the lamb is always charred so perfectly). This restaurant was my first introduction to Ethiopian food four years ago, and so far, no restaurant has topped it. Also, one of the waiters called me beautiful when I was picking up food and I don’t think I’ve ever received a more sincere compliment. The vibe is awesome and it always smells fabulous inside. Order the coffee for lunch and the honey wine for dinner.

Yesteday, me and my wife had a chance to visit Piassa restaurant. First off, we were very amused by its Ethiopian cultural decor and view. We escorted to our table by the owner – that was GREAT!! We order the KINTOT SPECIAL to give it a try, the meal that would be enough for five people but since we were out of state, we decided to take the leftover for 4 hours drive to go back home. The food gets A+ grade from my wife – that tells me everything. The service was super. I would like to thank our server Alazar, a humble Ethiopian, that adds our dining experince more spices. I proudly recommend this place !!! Thank you

The restaurant was very organized and ready to serve the group of 15 and the waitress was very professional for us it was a celebration of 35 years friendship and we had fun . It is Ethiopian restaurant cultural place to see the only problem was for us a place to park ( The parking was not enough it was to many people at that moment and it was Saturday dinner it was a great experience.

This place was one of the coolest places I’ve ever been the owner is amazing!!!! Me and my group came down Atlanta for spring break and this has been the highlight of our trip! The coffee is amazing and they both toast and grid the beans in house, if you love good coffee and amazing hospitality please try it out!!!!! They even let us dress up in traditional Ethiopian dresses!!!!

The food was terrible. I ordered via Uber Eats. They sent me old injera (Ethiopian bread) that had started to go bad. I ordered food for the kids from the kids section, but it had jalapeños. It was too spicy for them to eat. The whole situation was disappointing. The only reason I ordered was because they had one meal on the menu that we wanted. Never again. How can you get meals like this to your customers? If the Injera has mold, how can I be confident that the meat is safe? Overall, it was sad.
