I Called and ordered a pizza on a Saturday night and the guy Said it we be ready in 10 Mins!! I thought to myself,YEAH RIGHT Lmao I gave them 25 mins,walked in and they haven’t even put it in the Oven!! This place is fantastic. The employees are always friendly and welcoming – which is surprising for fast food pizza place. One of the “pizza spinner guys” (the one with the motor cycle and sporty green car) is always a blast to tease! Every time I drive up to Clayton to visit my friend he knows what we’re having for dinner!

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s location several time over the past few years. The service is speedy, the staff is friendly and the food comes fresh. The app told me my pizza was ready. When I got in there was a mob of people at the register waiting. When I got to the register she told me my food wasn’t ready and the app is often wrong.

Food itself is good when done right. If you put well done it will never be well done they never check the pizza. They give you breadsticks with a dip sauce and its 1/3 full for a whole order of bread sticks it has enough sauce for maybe 1 bread stick. They never answer the phone when you call to order so you always have to order online. I’ve waited as long as 10 mins on the phone to order only for them to hang up on me when they finally answered called back and they did the same thing two more times so I just chose somewhere else to order pizza. They have terrible service, atmosphere is basically non existent and the only thing they have going for them is decent pizza when it isn’t messed up which is pretty much 50/50

I have been ordering from this Englewood location for almost a year straight every Friday because thats my day (Dad’s day) to cook. And no matter the Staff or Management service is always superior to none. They know me by name and order, like family. I have the upmost respect for the team and appreciate when they’re short or fully staffed. They dnt complain, they just show up and show out. You dnt have to ask me to be patient, I am fully aware of what they are doing and they are Greatly appreciated. Sincerely Dad’s day to cook “McGriff” as soon as I step through the door
