Being a Personal Trainer since 2003, I’ve seen and learned the importance myself, of eating clean. As a mom of 2, I appreciate the convenience, and efficiency from any service that allows me to be the mom and owner I need to be. I’ve always been taught, if you see a problem, fix it. Having fresh, healthy, yummy tasting food on the go was not available. So, I started cooking for our community to fill a need in October 2017. It’s my heart and passion to build people up and help them live healthier lifestyles. Providing clean meals is just another platform that allows me to do that! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to impact more people in a positive way!

I love Kenepela’s Kitchen. The menu changes weekly, which is great. I can order a family size meal for dinner for my family, and then I still have leftovers to take to work the next day. Delish!
It’s pick and choose, so I can order only the days I need and not a full week. I like the soups, picnic packs, chicken salads, and lunchboxes. Basically, I like it all!

I have been ordering meals from kenepela’s kitchen for two years or more. The meals are delicious and made with love in conjunction with our local butcher. The consistency of each meal and the proper amount of protein, carbs and fat fits my lifestyle perfectly. I especially love the lunchboxes with the homemade chicken salad and fresh fruit and veggies. Sure makes my life easier knowing someone else has prepped my meals for me

Where do I start with this review!! First I was diagnosed with cancer the beginning of this year(2023) the first thing my cancer team said to me was you are a very healthy person. My labs were amazing. I owe that all to the meals I received on a daily basis from Kenepela Kitchen!! They are very healthy and packed with everything your body needs to stay healthy and strong!!! I continued with the meals during and post treatments!!! They are packed with TASTE which is something you don’t get with prepackaged.. frozen meals!!
