Manager of this location knows customer service and will do what he can to make things right. I had an issue today after my pizza was delivered. The manager without hesitation offered either a refund or a remake. Yes, I did rate all 5 stars on the location, and no. I didn’t go inside. But I felt like I was treated with respect and was given service that I was honestly not expecting.

Holy Cow!! Worst experience I have ever had at a Papa John’s. I’ve come two days in a row and this kid with long black nails (which is already extremely unhygienic) was constantly yelling at the top of his lungs and throwing things around. The owner of this Papa John’s needs to take some action and get this store in order. My wife and I were both disgusted with our experience. On top of that, a single pizza for us took 35 minutes. So disappointing Papa John’s!!! No mention the floor had so much trash on it.

Pizza we ordered was complete trash. We order half cheese half jalapeno and pepperoni. The cheese side was like 30% of the pizza one piece barely had any cheese on it because the dough had risen so much alot of the cheese was in the center. There was also pepperoni and Jalapeno’s on the cheese side.
The jalapeno side had a total of 23 Jalapeno’s on it I counted it. His argument was “we have portion control cups to make sure that doesn’t happen” why would I make it up I’m not out to make $10, or get a free pizza! What a joke!
We’ve been going to this Papa John’s alot in the last 3 months. Hasn’t been much of a problem but this is just unacceptable.
We called to complain and spoke to Alex who claimed to be a manager, but the way he treated us made it seem like he was full of it. He then asked us how much have we eaten and I told him we tried 2 pieces that looked okay, but then we found out there was like barely any sauce on it, but he said since we ate 2 pieces then we couldn’t get a refund or credit. WE HAVE TO TRY IT TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS ANY GOOD! DUH! He was completely unprofessional.
We will never be back! Embarrassing. Train your employees better.

Ordered bbq wings with our order today. Arrived charcoal black and burned. The manager offered a refund, which is good, but it would have been better to have them replaced. Seems like they weren’t interested in bringing out a new order.

First off, the people that work here are hard-working and amazing people.
Second, it’s American corporate greed. They use DoorDash drivers to deliver the pizza and it takes forever to get an order. You also cannot track the order or add a tip to the order online when they use DoorDash. PAPA JOHNS fix this now.

Ordered a pizza on door dash it got here. It had hardly any toppings. Spots in the middle were just dough no sauce cheese or toppings.
