We are a family owned business that welcomes families and regulars to sit and visit. We.offer weekly plate lunches as well as breakfast, all day, short order cooking, and an interesting museum, of sorts, of relics of the past. Old time, small-town good eating. Lots of very.local interesting history. About 20 minutes from Martinsville Speedway. All of us have worked, here, for a couple of years, at least. Come on and see us!

The people were nice enough good service. The food was a little to be desired. I got chicken and dumplings, plenty of dumplings with very little chicken. Pinto beans were good but little of them, orka was ok. For two people with a meat and 2 vegetables and 2 iced tea was over $24 , and for ok food not worth the money . I won’t be back for a while. 1st time trying so you don’t know until you try.

I called an order in 38 mins before arriving. My food was not ready and I got the excuse that they are busy. So apparently if you want your food in a decent reasonable amount of time you must sit in to dine. I do not advise working people who have a break time to adhere by to seek this hole in the wall out.

Requested eggs over easy. They were cook with crispy edges and yolks fully cooked. The biscuit taste good ,but fall apart in your hands. Graveyard has no flavor, just flour thickened grease.
