Ordered from this location for pickup to have with my friends for a night in and we were all amazed of how delicious every dish was. We had birria tacos, steak tacos w/ mole sauce, enchiladas, chicken sliders, and guac and chips. My favorite was the birria tacos, the sauce was not watery at all. Everything was full of flavor. Definitely recommend.

Best food out there. Delicious shrimp tacos and fish tacos. Must get the empanada de pollo it is so good! Can split with 2-3 people. The fried oreos are the best desert so good. The churros are also very good and great to share. Love this place. The servers are so friendly and it’s family owned. Very amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere and service.

I would have not guessed that one of the best burritos I would have would be in Riverdale. I had the chicken verde and the meat was perfectly flavored and tender. The burrito came with all generous servings of soft, fluffy rice and beans, tasty guacamole, and pico de gallo.

Found this place on yelp was looking for a quick bite to eat in the neighborhood. Place is small on a nice quiet block. They do have outside seating which we choose to sit. First and foremost no liquor license do no margaritas smh. I wasn’t aware before dining here. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and authentic. We ordered guacamole it was delicious. My favorite was the seafood tostadas yummy… i also had the short rib tacos so much flavor and they provide three with homemade corn tortillas.

The steak tacos were great! They have “jarritos” which is amazing! The service was great, everyone is friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the chicken on the Aztec soup (consomé de pollo), it was kind of plain.

The service was great, the hibiscus tea beverage was tasty, all of the food was fresh and presentation was gorgeous. The maduros (sweet fried plantains) were fried to a perfect crisp on the outside and sweet and and smooth on the inside. The use of fresh mexican ingredients made all of the dishes pop as well.

I got my steak tacos to-go and they were ready quickly. More importantly, the food was fresh and delicious.
I didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak to the service. But everyone was friendly when I ordered my take out.

I’am giving this place 1 star because out of our entire order the fist taco was good. Anyways was small.
This is how our chicken tacos came. Just boiled chicken with not even salt.
The kids chicken finger where just 3 pieces of fried chicken (almost burnt)
Presentation leave a lot to desire
And the nachos where just edible. Not even good.

We visited this place after a trip to Yankee Stadium (excruciatingly hot day) and it was exactly what we needed. The service was incredible. Kind and welcoming and quick! the Sangria HIT THE SPOT. My family still hasn’t stopped talking about the food. Fresh, delicious and made with such care. The cheesecake is out of this world! Treated like family vibes and food was amazing. Next time we visit NYC, we will be back for sure.

There are lots of choices for Mexican food, but few are as memorable as Frida’s. The restaurant is decorated with pictures of Frida and adorned with flowers. They also have a nice outdoor seating area. When it comes to the food, Frida delivers. Shoutout to the staff who is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They’re great at making conversation and suggestions. A few standouts from the times I’ve been here are the Frida Flautas, Esquites, Short Rib Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos, and the chimichanga. My partner and I love this place and look forward to our next visit!
