We ordered 2 lg pizzas tonight. My husband we t and picked them up. Yes its his fault for not checking them but when he got them home neither had the correct toppings on them. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, and Xtra cheese and got mushrooms amd onions. Not even close to what we ordered. He drove all the way from Ashland just to get Ginos pizza and was so disappointed! Had to go spend a other $50 just so we cld have dinner tonight!!

If having cheese on your pizza is important to you then I would go elsewhere.
Its basically just sauce and bread the last 5 visits. Im giving up for now. I even tip 20% in the drive thru. What for? A scab of burnt cheese on tomato bread?

This used to be my favorite spot to get pizza from. Unfortunately too many times lately have I been burned they’ve constantly keep increasing the prices and the quality of the food has constantly went down. I mean try stretching 8 pepperonis, and like 4 oz of cheese across a large pizza and maybe a tablespoon of sauce. Ridiculous. I can say comfortably this will be the last time I visit this restaurant.

Placed an order at 9:08 on a Sunday night. They told me 20-25 mins it would be ready. My husband goes to pick it up, pulls on the parking lot at 9:38. He can see people inside and the open sign is on, but the door is locked. No one will answer the door, WE CAN SEE THE EMPLOYEES RUNNING TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. I called at least 10xs and no one would pick the phone up. He bangs on the door for at least 5 mins. Finally he gets in his truck proceeds to go thru the drive thru so the ringer would go off and they run the lights off at 9:47. I’m fuming. Why even take our order??? He got their 20 mins before closing. There is absolutely no reason we shouldn’t have our dinner right now. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Now I’ve got a starving kid and no dinner for the evening.

We order here a lot! There is times we are really happy with our orders and other times we are not satisfied. It mainly depends on who is working. If a guy named Ryan is working he generally makes sure our order is correct and exactly as ordered!

We eat here often.. and all of the staff are usually great especially ryan! There is another lady there a little older been there forever and has been rude more times than one! Other than that the food is decent! The homestyle spaghetti is the best if ryan makes it! He fixed it the one time it was terrible!

I got a pizza and when I got home I found this. I took it back ask the manager for another or a refund they rudely said no and it wasn’t there problem. If you want pizza go anywhere but Gino’s.
