Ordered pizza and bread bites from my hotel through the Dominoes app. It arrived almost an hour later, about 20 minutes after its original delivery time. When it arrived I never got a notification from the store that it was delivered. They also didn’t deliver my bread bites, only my pizza. It was cold by the time I got it and ate it. I tried to call to report the error. I never got a chance to speak to someone. I connected to the store the first time but no one said anything and they hung up on me. The second time I called I sat on hold for about half an hour before I hung up and stopped trying. I am unable to do so, but I recommend doing a store pickup and not get delivery from this store. Terrible food, terrible service, errors on top of errors.

Finally got ahold of my driver. He told me he’d come deliver the food back to me. I made a separate review on the app and Dominoes gave me a free pizza to be redeemed within 30 days. I called the driver back to cancel bringing me the bread bites as a compromise and he hung up on me while I was thanking him for his help. I wish I could take the 20% tip back. Worst experience at a Dominoes I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this store at all. Order at your own displeasure.

I placed an online order for two pizzas, breadsticks, and dessert from the Domino’s on Muscogee Creekway inside Fort Benning. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived, a worker walked out with a pizza, so I told him my name. He said that order wasn’t mine and went back inside. Even though they knew I was already parked outside, my order never came out, so I eventually had to go in to get it.
When I got home, I noticed that one of the pizzas was missing the chicken I paid extra for. I called the store to let them know so they could remake it while I drove back but they never answered the phone even though I called nonstop during the entire drive (about 15-20min).
When I walked in, I saw three employees gathered around a laptop playing some kind of game, while only one person was actually working on pizzas. No one acknowledged the phone ringing, and no one seemed to care.
I showed them the incorrect pizza, the receipt, and mentioned they also forgot the red sauce I paid extra for. They even kept the messed-up pizza. Honestly, it looked like, they were planning to eat it or resell it?
Their response? No apology. No solution offered. No attempt to make it right. No compensation or even basic customer service.
When they did finally hand me the “corrected” pizza, they forgot the red sauce again.
This location is honestly losing the owner a lot of money. It’s been almost two hours since I picked up the order and they still haven’t marked it as delivered.
The lack of professionalism, the mistakes, and the attitude from the staff were unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had on post.

The pizza was dry, cold and there was almost no cheese. And the tracker was 20 mins off so I never knew when the delivery person was coming until they got there. We paid $70 for 2 pizzas and were very disappointed. It’s sad that this is how military families are is treated..

By far the absolute slowest Domino’s known to man, their system tells you that your order should be delivered 40 mins before it actually is. When you call the number their AI service will tell you that your order has been boxed up and waiting for a delivery driver to pick it up but when you go in there they will tell you it is still being prepared 1 1/2 hrs after you’ve placed your order

I’ve been calling for 35 minutes trying to place an order since the app isn’t working properly and I’ve yet to speak to someone at one point someone finally picked up the phone and I could clearly hear two females having a conversation with one another and as I tried to speak to them I heard the voices walk away from the phone. Bro tell me why I order a pizza off the app at around 10 yesterday that has onions, spinach, ham, shredded provolone, black olives, green peppers, and mushrooms and I get my pizza and all there is: ham, cheese spinach, and onions. Ordered here for a delivery. Currently on a training status so i cant drive while on base. The driver showed up with a bad attitude and they shorted me two toppings on my pizza and they refused to come back and oick it up and send out a new one despite the fact i hadn’t touched it and said i wouldn’t. They then claimed they would give me a store credit and yet Everytime i call to claim that credit they then place me on hold and leave me there. Ive waited on hold over 20minutes multiple times for something that was promised because they refused to initially fix the problem. I think this location just genuinely does not care considering most ordering from them they know are trainees and have very little recourse or options so they could care less about their service to you.
