The food here is good i cant lie but the customer service is actually horrible, i work in customer service and so i know how things are sometimes but why am i waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for two small things..? And the girl there just said “give me a second because something happened” like what? re train your employees (at least the afternoon ones because the morning ones are okay)

Upon entry 3 ladies working behind the counter all looked at me. No one greeted me. One person put her head down. One that was on the floor cleaning looked up and asked if I ordered after 5 min. I said no thank you it doesn’t seem like they are open for business. Don’t waste your time even going inside terrible customer service. I did not even order as I did not feel welcomed.

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want them to change your order because it’s not how you normally receive ordering the same coffee for 3 years now. I only went because my location that I have been going to for 17 years is closed. But they are quick to jump on an attitude when you ask them to fix the coffee that you request the same way and to top it off they don’t recognize there customers and accuse you of being someone else who apparently does it often. I paid for it then you should be able to fix it. Other Dunkin Donuts in Freeport never have an issue with fixing. Last time I will go there!

Firstly, the drive thru is wayyyyyy to slow, and the wait is too long especially when I am picking up a mobile order. What I don’t understand is that there are so many people working inside for the service to be so slow. Secondly, I always have to ask for condiments and napkins. Napkins should automatically be added to the bag, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Lastly, the hash browns are always cold. This is the closest drive thru Dunkin but the service could definitely be better. I am not a pleased customer at all.

I order a salted caramel cold brew and they give me md ice orig cof them I told the girls at the window and she took it from me and them give me the same one back how the person thanking the order doesn’t know the menu?? And also why they give me it back without change it I took it bc I was late from work and I pay for it already!

Says it opens at 5am but when you get there at 5:30am, the lights are off, there are 2 people inside walking around… You Go to the drive thru menu and they take your order. It’s a bit confusing, wouldn’t you want the lights on when the establishment is supposed to be open at 5am? The ladies are nice and I’ve had no issues. Just a bit odd.

They need to hire people who are willing to learn how to make the items on the menu. They are looking for a menu book to make the items when they should be trained prior to making people’s orders. I would not be surprised if this place ends up shutting down; just like the other one.
