Sandwiches are really good in my opinion. I typically have a hot Italian sandwich. It is consistently made the same. Friendly staff, and quick service. The place was clean however the floors could use some degreasing. I could feel my feet sliding at my seat.

Picked up a Doordash order. When they handed it to me, I asked “This is all of it?” They said yes. When I got to the customer, they opened the SEALED bags, (which us doordashers are not allowed to open), and told me they were missing half of their order. The customer called Penn Station, who claimed that I left the other half of the order. Then why didn’t anyone call out to me as I walked out of the restaurant to say I was leaving part of the order?? When I got back to get the other half, the cashier acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about, and that they never told the customer that I was the one who forgot half the order. Lol okay, so my customer just made that up? Sure. I also had to ask for the lemonade that was supposed to come with the order, (so they forgot it twice). The guy working gave me some cookies to say sorry. I did genuinely appreciate that, with the girl lying to my face aside. He’s the reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of just 1.

Stay away from terribly dry sandwiches. Ordered veggie sandwich and they just placed cut salad between bread with no sauce or proper grilling. $17!

I really like Penn Station’s food. Their bread is top notch, their fries are done the right way, double fried, their meats are also very good. The only issue is each location is either great, or terrible depending on who runs it. The one on manchester is always a crapshow This one is very good and I give it 4.5 stars. The hot italian is now my favorite.

Dude took my order for like 2 minutes straight and completely screwed it up. Took it togo so I didn’t notice till I got home. I asked for a chicken philly with banana peppers onions and cheese. Only came with banana peppers and cheese. My second sandwich was a teriyaki chicken with, onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, tomato, and bell pepper. Only came with bell peppers and hardly any sauce. I’ll be calling tomorrow morning and asking for a refund or some compensation.
