I have been going to bangin burgers since they’ve opened, ordered 2 spicy dip burgers and when arrived at home the burgers were just normal burgers not with the spicy dip. Called up to let them know it was dipped instead I got told by the lady at the till that these were definitely dipped as she remembers packing the order as apparently we asked for less mayo (which we never) so definitely the wrong order gave to us. Anyway proceeded to be gaslighted by the woman on the phone followed by her hanging up on me mid conversation. Should maybe focus on getting your orders correct and customer service instead of making tiktoks.

Ordered two burgers very disappointed as burger were cold that even cheese was not melted a bit despite being on top of fillet and way too salty especially the spicy dip burger it was just named spicy actually it was only salty and didn’t get even one napkin with two burgers

I have been a loyal customer since the day you have opened. And every single time i write on YOUR ordering site on BOTH comment boxes to remove an ingredient. And youve only managed to do it successfully 2-3 times.
Youve got enough time to make tiktoks that dont land but are “too busy” to read the notes on your orders when it tells you to remove an ingredient. And when you ask the lovely girl at FOH, what can she do realistically, so all she can say is “if youve asked it in the notes then it shouldve been done” as per the last interaction i had at this takeaway.
However, when you call them up to say you’re unhappy with your order (again, mind you), you have some lad on the phone with the most horrific customer service saying “we are too busy to read notes, make it more obvious”. Should I volunteer a shift everytime I want cheese off a burger for my mum whos allergic to cheese? is that obvious enough? Is a violation to customer food safety not “obvious” enough.
Food is usually nice, however today it was subpar and far too salty. So disappointed and I want a refund.
Usually wouldn’t have to take it to reviews for something like this but what can you do with horrific customer service.
Edit: I have bangin burgers calling me a liar lol so please find attached a receipt where I used their OWN website not ubereats to place an order, where I put in my comment of no cheese TWICE. Thanks!

Absolutely love banging burgers. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The lady owner is especially lovely — she’s always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back!

The only surprise was finding what looked suspiciously like an uninvited hair garnish in my meal. Tasty burger? Absolutely. Added protein? Not quite what I ordered. Still worth a visit, just maybe hope the chef keeps the ‘extras’ out of the toppings next time.”

After seeing so many social media posts, I decided to check them out to see if they lived up to the hype. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. I ordered several items, and each one had a unique taste and offered good value for money. The only downside is the lack of family seating, which is a shame. Fortunately, the weather was sunny in Glasgow, so we took our meal to Queen’s Park and enjoyed it outdoors.

Hot chick burger is excellent! Soft and juicy chicken fillet with just the right amount of heat. My sons got the chicken and rice box and loaded fries which they really enjoyed. Prices are great too.
