The smell of freshly baked bread was inviting. They actually bake it themselves, and that’s always a plus for a product. The pizza was made exactly as promised, no early or late. We ordered a medium Chicago-style pizza—it’s not a classic Italian option, but we wanted something more fluffy, flavorful, and filling. And that’s exactly what we got! We were very pleased! I love it when you get a good result without expecting it. We were going for a walk; we love strolling through beautiful places with a good view, enjoying something delicious. This is a takeout pizzeria; only a very small number of people can eat on site. It’s ideal to buy and go to the park. But the point is that they cook it themselves, not reheat frozen ingredients. I recommend it.

Our favorite Dexter pizza joint. Easy online ordering, and it’s always ready on time. Usually do carry out, but have had it delivered to the quad fields on nights when we have baseball and/or softball and we need to eat on the go. Staff is always polite and go the extra mile to make sure the order is correct. Lots of good variety on the menu and we’ve never gone wrong at Classic.

Has regular, deep dish & New York style pizza. I’ve tried the regular & New York-both & bread sticks. All the dough you can tell is made fresh. Mad that they sliced my NY (round) pizza into squares. Friendly, kind staff; clean environment, pillar of giving back to the local community. Willing to drive an hour round-trip from Ypsilanti for this superior pizza experience!

Best pizza I’ve had in recent memory. Perfect amount of cheese to sauce, the crust had the right amount of chew in the center and an addictive crunch around the edge, generous and quality toppings with no greasiness. Between that, the price, and the fact that it’s local, easy 5 stars!

Classic Pizza is just that, a Dexter Classic! My family has ordered pizza from here for over two decades. Growing up in Dexter the School System also always got Classic. When you go there, don’t forget to order a large order of breadsticks with ranch dressing. I have always been very happy with their pizza and friendly service.

Good pizza, but a bit pricey for specialty items–the Chicago style is delish, but a medium costs around $15 bucks and with a topping at $1.60 each. So we save this one for only special occasions. On the other hand their weekly specials are always good–usually a large with 1 topping regular style for $9.99.
You cannot go home with buying their homemade breadsticks and don’t forget a sauce, butter-garlick is my favorite!
We quit going there for a couple of years because they started charging 4% credit card charge and then we couldn’t afford that, so we only go there when we have cash!
