Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been to. The food gave my girlfriend food poisoning and they gave us the wrong size drinks and said the size was correct when I asked and didn’tcare to fix there mistake. The employees were not helpful and unfriendly. Definitely avoid this specific Taco Bell and go to one of the other ones nearby.

I haven’t had taco bell in years and suddenly had a craving for it, I ordered delivery twice from here and each time my food came cold and wet and stuck to the wrappers and would tear the bottoms off the hard tacos and make any soft tortilla stick to the wrapper. So I decided to stop paying for delivery and pick it up myself, showed up and sat in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me for 15 minutes before anyone moved, finally get my order after another 10 minutes of waiting and go home 5 minutes down the road. Low and behold but everything was cold and wet and sticking to all the wrappers like they’ve been sitting under heat lamps for hours and thrown in a bucket where they all just steamed together or something. I don’t understand what these employees are doing but obviously there’s a major malfunction happening here and I remember now why I stopped eating at taco bell. And they can’t even give me the right hot sauce, pretty hard to mess that part up but they managed to do it somehow.

This place employs some very rude workers. I’m not saying they have to be absolutely the best, but some common courtesy would be nice. And their doors always seemed to be locked when their business hours state they are open

Got a delivery order from this Taco Bell twice and I was mostly satisfied! Didn’t go to the restaurant itself so can’t comment on that or the service for the most part BUT, the delivery driver was nice and quick and very polite! Food was great, no complaints there, from the tacos, burritos, nachos and so on. My only complaint and reason I knocked a star off is because in my second order they forgot two things and that was a tad bit annoying! Aside from that’s ots a pretty decent Taco Bell otherwise!

My cantina chicken quesadilla was not put it a box like was meant to be, instead it was half-ass wrapped in a sheet of their weird brown parchment paper with half of the quesadilla just hanging out. I got half way through the second piece when I started to think it didn’t taste right and then got sick a few hours later.

Worker taking order doesn’t want to do her job the correct way finishing a drive through order before we were done ordering, without asking if we would like anything else. When we said we weren’t done ordering she got upset. The customer is always right don’t talk to customers like that. And stop finished the orders like it’s a race I never said that’s it I never said I was done ordering. Now you lost a customer and made yourself look unprofessional flipping us off as we left. I hope you fire whoever is working the drive through around 1:30pm. Unreal.

Yes this location has improved speed wise for orders to come out at drive thru, however quality is not there yet. Price increases all over but again quality decreases, ordered a Mexican pizza no beans it had beans and was just thrown into the bag.

They never fail to mess up my order. I have dietary restrictions and cannot have tomatoes and they always put tomatoes on and I never realize until i’m home. Now I’m home, no food, crying over a messed up Crunchwrap. 0/10, would go again for a crunchwrap, but will most likely be disappointed again..
