Our cook guy was funny and friendly. Good service experience and friendly people. Good tasty food. Fried rice was very good tasty and steak wise was tender as well. Overall, the foods was good. Good experience for our little boys, baby, and teenager daughters. They enjoyed everything.

Just when I think I have written enough reviews and that there is nothing else to say, I go into a restaurant, and then I happen to find a place that you weren’t expecting by accident. However, at the same time, you are happy that you did.
So, let’s get into the nitty-gritty of this review. The first time I went there for lunch, I sat in a booth so I could work while eating. So, I tried the Shrimp Teriyaki Box. It was terrific. So much so that I decided to order my dinner to go: the Steak and Salmon Hibachi Dinner Combo. I had my steak medium well. Later that evening, when I partook of my dinner, that steak was SO tender, juicy, and melted in my mouth. There is nothing like a good cut of meat and someone who knows how to cook it just right.
The next day, one of my colleagues was interested in trying it after I told her about it. We ordered the following: Hibachi Fuji Yama Combination, Gyoza, Tempura Combo APP, along with a Fried California Roll, which was a first for me. But you’re talking about some kind of good.
The service on every occasion was fantastic; the staff were very attentive and cheerful, offering recommendations if you were unsure of anything. The atmosphere was engaging, clean, and not too noisy, where you can not only hear yourself think but also the other people in your party.
If you’re in the area, treat yourself to this restaurant; it’s worth it.

The place was nice. We had the hibachi there which was just good. Fried rice was a bit more salty. We also ordered Volcano Sushi and that was awesome.
But there are few things that we didn’t like about the place. We had to wait for 40 minutes before our hibachi was started to cook. They never said it’s going to be a little late or any thing while we were waiting.
Once the hibachi was prepared the server came immediately with togo boxes. Does that even make sense. We hadn’t really started eating and it seemed like they wanted us to leave. And within no time they brought in the bill too which didn’t feel right. So I should say the service wasn’t really good.

Second time we’ve been here. They still have amazing sushi. Everything was extremely delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t been here before.

If I’m 100% honest, the food is WAY better than Oishi on so many levels. Their drinks are great, their hibachi food is AMAZING and not super salty. Their yum yum sauce is perfection! I don’t have anything bad to sad. I’ve been here a few times sitting at the bar and dining in at the hibachi grill. You pay for what you get, and what you will receive is definitely worth your money!
Their salmon is absolutely amazing too!

There are some places around that are either over priced or not as tasteful as Fuji Yama. Fuji Yama is one bad Fuji mama! For lunch it is fairly priced. They offer freshly brewed sweetened and unsweetened tea. They offer hibachi table experience just fyi. The steak hibachi portions are generous. The filet hibachi was pretty tender and had a great flavor to it. There was a lot of rice but not enough protein. They also offer two or three roll specials. This place gives a fair portion for what you pay. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Two hibachi lunches and two rolls costed around 47 dollars. The service was great and efficient. Domo arigatou Misuta Robotto. (asukete kurete arigatou gozaimasu).
