We order from here every weekend, but now I get my pizza with unmelted cheese and more sauce on the box than the pizza. I decided to give them another chance tonight and was very disappointed, again. They were an hour late and all we ordered was 2 pizza melts and the personal box in the picture. More sauce on box again and 9 fries. That’s it. I won’t be ordering again.

As you can see order at 7:47pm. it’s 9:30pm and I’m stilling waiting. I arrived at 8:20 originally and told me it was going to be a minute I went home shower and change out of my work clothes came back at 9:15 still. No food. Asked again at 9:30 if my food was ready didn’t even make mine! These new people are not it! Been coming to this Pizza Hut since August 2025. No iusses up until December 2025 when they hired these newer people. And it’s not a training thing! They just don’t care!

They gave my delivery order to DoorDash, without my permission, which delivered it to the wrong hotel. They didn’t care. They would not refund my money; wouldn’t contact the stranger they gave my food too.
I have no business relationship with DoorDash and have never, or will ever order anything from them.
Imagine a business that gives your food to a complete stranger, unassociated with that business, you or any kind of vetting and then trusting a complete stranger with proper food handling. They don’t even care if they deliver it to the wrong address or eat it themselves. There is no consequences to them.
They violated my purchase contract and don’t care.

This location consistently finds new and creative ways to screw up. Today it was a cold and not pan like I ordered. Not the first time they have screwed up making what is in the order, also they are really big fans of putting a mediums worth of toppings on a large so you have about 2.5″ of bare crust around the outside. I really shouldn’t ever order from here, but as a 80s book it kid I was craving pizza hut pan pizza. Figured, maybe just maybe they could make a basic pan pizza. Turns out I was wrong. I called them and they offered a refund, but that doesn’t really fix the nostalgia craving. So if you like me what to relive your childhood, let it go. This location only delivers disappointment.

We placed an online order for this location at 4:55 PM Sunday. It processed and told us our order would be ready at 5:15 PM. When we got to the store, the store was dark and the doors were locked. We called Pizza Hut and they told us the store had closed and that there was nothing they could do to help us. We were told the amount taken out of our bank account should be refunded but we would have to wait 5 to 7 days to see. We were one of many cars there to pick up our order with the same problem. Very dishonest and frustrating.

Ordered food at 115. It’s now 315. Call Ed customer service told me to wait and 20 min. I drove done to store it is closed paid with card online. 3 to 5 biz days to get refunded alttona pizza hut hard to be a little busy when your closed

Stinks like raw sewage in this establishment. Pizza was supposed to be done at 7:49pm arrived at 7:45pm and waited till 8:20pm pizza was cold sausage tasted spoiled i would avoid this place for sure.
