After waiting for over an hour and a half for our delivery, my mom happened to look outside and our two pizza boxes were sitting in one of our outside chairs. It’s been a rainy day so the boxes got wet and the pizzas look like the box had been thrown around. I checked the pizza tracker and the pizzas had been delivered a little under an hour before we saw them, no one had knocked or bothered to call me. I called and they quickly re did my order to send more but when it arrived, the cheese pizza looked so weird. Honestly don’t understand how you mess up a pizza or just can’t knock on a door but this was so disappointing.

A weird wild place where pizza topping placement is a little bit of a twilight zone effect. I got a cheesesteak pizza with all the meat piled on one slice. I got a pepperoni pizza, but the pepperoni was on half of the pizza. The outer half. Five stars for keeping me on my toes.

Horrible, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. All the bad reviews are true. Wrong/missing ingredients, management doesn’t care. Re-heated with dried up extra cheese on top, overcooked and dried up sauce. Never again! Avoid this location.

Absolutely awful experience. The guy working the register was also making pizzas without gloves, touching the touchscreen, ingredients, and everything else with bare hands — completely unsanitary. I ordered two items, and they only made one. It took 40 minutes during rush hour, and one of the employees was literally outside texting instead of helping.
Inside, they were yelling curse words at each other like we couldn’t understand them. It was loud, unprofessional, and honestly uncomfortable. The manager? Totally part of the mess, just standing by and doing nothing about any of it.
I’ve never seen a Papa John’s run this poorly. Won’t be coming back.

My review was removed because I complained about the Dirty Dinning report by Channel 10 news about this location order shut by State of Florida inspectors that found dead rodent’s and rodent droppings all over. Nobody seems to care, from the owner/franchisee and corporate. Rodent’s carry disease and plague. Google the report. I will never order from them again.

I had a terrible experience with this Papa John’s location. I placed an order for delivery, and after waiting well past the estimated time, my food showed as delivered but it never arrived. I called the store multiple times, only to have my call abruptly hung up on. When I finally got through, I asked to speak with a manager—only to be told there wasn’t one available. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If you can’t fulfill orders or handle basic communication, you shouldn’t be in business. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I needed to place an order of 8 pizzas for my kid’s class and this location was the only one that was nice enough to take my order (needed a really early pick up of 10 am due to kid’s lunch). Manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond (think her name was Dayana), when I arrived pizzas were ready and team was super nice. Thank you guys!

They left clear paper in the pizza which was melted in the cheese throughout the pizza. I called the manager just to let him know I was not expecting another pizza because at this point no one wanted to even eat pizza. The guy answers and laughs and then left me talking to myself putting me on hold. Never again from papa John’s point period. People have no concern. I hope they don’t expect such low quality and service when they order from somewhere
