I was here at 11:00 am on a Sunday. No one behind me, the person told me to roll up so they can “keep their times good”. I said no, if you aren’t keeping your times then why do we need to fake it. The person was extremely rude. They persisted the I moved forward because the fries were going to be a few more minutes. I get that the workers need to “keep their times good” but why do I need to participate in your lie to your manager. If the time is slow, the so be it. Train your staff better and don’t make them afraid to let the time be what it is.

I had a coupon for a free roast beef and then I ordered additional roast beef and a double roast beef and my order is like $12 and some change and I ordered at 7:45 PM tonight and when I get to the drive-through to get my mobile order They have no roast beef so why would it have been blocked on the app? It should’ve let me ordered, and I said it could be a few days before I get my money back I didn’t. I didn’t have enough my bank account to go somewhere else to order more food For my grandson and husband. We all three got a sandwich. He got the double roast beef and my grandson both got a regular roast beef and it just kind of sucks cause I get paid tomorrow night at midnight but I didn’t have enough money to go somewhere else so I’m definitely not happy at the Salisbury locationeven though it’s closer for me I won’t be back. I wasn’t offered anything.

The owner telling others to share additional details at their comment forum is a waste of time. I posted there maybe four months ago as i didnt want my critique to be blasted on their site and wanted it to be more private. Never a word back and gave up on this place. Thought maybe after 4mo some things changed…NOT and everyone’s so rude here…never any smiles either. And they still sell necklaces taped at the drive-thru window CLASSY

I stopped by Arby’s for a quick lunch, drawn in by the familiar sign and the promise of something different than the usual burger spots. The interior was clean and the staff was polite, though not particularly enthusiastic. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich was decent—the beef had a nice flavor, but the bun was a bit too soft and didn’t hold up well. The fries were the highlight, crispy and seasoned just right, and they paired nicely with the tangy Arby’s sauce.
While the meal was satisfying enough, nothing really stood out as exceptional. The service was average, and the food, while consistent with what you’d expect from Arby’s, didn’t feel particularly fresh or memorable. It’s a solid option if you’re craving something quick and familiar, but not a place I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it’s dependable, but not impressive.

My youngest son and I stop here for lunch every couple of weeks. We love everyone on day shift and food is always perfect! Thank you all for being consistently awesome!

They still do the super Arby’s which is my favorite, though it is smaller and one has to add Arby’s sauce now. It was good service, but I have to ask for my drink cup.

Worst Arbys I’ve been too. Ran out of Roast beef on a Friday night when nothing is going on around town. Lobby locked up and forced to used drive thru. If u have no roast beef, that means u have a very limited menu, so why was everything old and cold? Contacted the store and offered a free regular sandwich instead of re-making or refunding my order. Hope this store will be out of business soon, because their customer service and management is horrible!

Fries were cold and the sandwich was a mess. They slopped a ton of Italian dressing on it so it was falling apart. Trying to eat it.

We drove here from Scottsburg since we were unable to get a dine in order there. Upon arrival we waited at least 8 minutes before being acknowledged and then had to wait another 10 mins before we were finally given a chance to place our order. The tables are janky and wound up spilling a drink due to poor maintenance.
The food was acceptable but the service was unfriendly.
Really disappointing since Arby’s is one of my favorite places to eat.
